Thanks Libra10, that's the email address I've been using though. How strange.0

Like so many others, I've had enough, and at the end of this 6 month period I'm quitting. It's a shame as I've been on the panel for many years and previously had enjoyed it and found it interesting.
To anyone thinking of applying, I would say beware.
Unless you're prepared to frequently queue in the post office to send little boxes; queue in the sorting office to collect them and put up with TNS who don't seem able to organise the proverbial party in an ale house - don't bother
Thus ends todays rant

The first email I sent them was 23rd January, and have sent 2/3 since then so either they're ignoring them or they're being blocked. I'm hotmail though so don't see why it would get blocked with it being such a common email address?0

Yesterday I received an email telling me there were sending me some smarts in the post as I did not have enough for the posting I had to send out and reinforcing not to send without an allocated smart. When I got home the smarts had arrived. I logged on to update my day's activities only to find they have asked for one of the smarts to be sent straight back, along with two others I have in stock! What was the point of sending me 2 and requesting 3 back - do these people know what they are doing?
I am so glad my period is almost up and I cant see me doing it again as its become a joke.0 -
There should be payments per item, sent or received, with extra for posting from the post office plus the option to opt out of post office items.Unless you're prepared to frequently queue in the post office to send little boxes; queue in the sorting office to collect them and put up with TNS who don't seem able to organise the proverbial party in an ale house - don't bother
Redelivery can be booked online. Saves collecting items.

Thanks - only problem is that our posties seem to ignore this. The other week I requested a packet (a personal item, not a test item) to be redelivered on a Thursday, only for it to be delivered on the Wednesday. When the postie came I had my coat on just about to go out - I would have been fuming if I had missed it again.0 -
Has anybody ever had a reply from the by emailI'm hotmail though so don't see why it would get blocked with it being such a common email address?
I contact them from Hotmail, & don't have problems receiving email replies. Often it takes several days or a week to get a reply though.0
