I'm into my third month of the survey. For £10.80 in stamps per month, or £2.70 per week. I send or receive approx 10 items per week. Thats 27p per item. Is it worth it?. I use a very local post box, nothing else. I wouldn't put any more time or effort in than I do now.

Two things I would like to request. That all letters and packages are reused or recycled and that all of the used stamps are saved for charity.

I like you thinking. I'm in my fourth month and I am getting fed up of the amout I need to post 6/7 items every week and I receive 8-12 items a week. I do post from the post office and a local post box as requested. I try to adhere to the times but due to work I post them at a time convient to me. I got a questionnaire yesterday about times of postage. Has anyone else had the questionnaire? (I think it was 2 questions) .
I do recycle all packaging and do save the stamps asx they collect them at work.

I also had the 2 question survey and am getting a bit fed up with the volume of mail to send. What hacks me off most is having to go 3 times now to the sorting office to pick up boxes that wouldn't fit through the letter box. There was no mention of this before signing up for it.

What do you mean by "a questionnaire"?

I occasionally received red queries to be resolved questions asking for confirmation of posting days/times. Eventually I worked out that these were when I had recorded things late at night in the summer.

When recording posting the first question asked whether you had posted "today". I had posted on the day I was online to record it but that was BST and I think they may have been tied to GMT so possibly reckoned I had posted a day late. I then avoided recording postings late at night - waited till the next day if necessary in order to be able to say "no" to posting that day and thus be prompted to confirm the correct day of posting. No more questions about when I posted.

They sent the mini survey out in an email, nothing to do with the posting/queries online system.

    Dear Panellist,

You are probably aware that your weekly posting schedule usually specifies a timeframe within which we request each test item to be posted.

To help us improve the survey, we are interested in understanding more about how easily you are able to post within this timeframe and when this isn’t possible, what prevents you from doing so.

If you are able to answer a very short questionnaire, please click on the link below.

The questionnaire presumably went out to everyone.

Did anyone notice that it's impossible to complete if you answer that you always post within the correct timeframe? It then takes you on to a series of questions which are all inappropriate because they assume that you don't post within the correct timeframe!

£2.70 divided by 16 is 17p per item!.

Has anybody ever had a reply from the by email?

I've sent them at least 4 emails now and haven't recieved one reply. I'm starting to get quite annoyed actually.

I've tried to get in touch about 2 posting packs which hadn't arrived, one with that months stamp incentives in. Also to request standard return envelopes and I recieved test items which asked to be returned and I only had smart return envelopes.

I've had missed calls from them on my home phone in the pasy but am having problems with the line and can't make outgoing calls at the moment. I've asked in my last email for them to acknowledge reciept and to reply by email and have recieved no reply.

I wish I'd never have started this really, the payment is rubbish for the amount I've had to post and recieve, and getting in touch with them is like bleeding a stone!

I emailed them earlier this week, using the contact email listed in their FAQS, and they replied the same day.

    It's worth a try.
