I started in january. I didnt receive my first pack with instructions etc so i emailed to let them know. I got my second posting pack and posted as instructed.
Didnt receive the items to post the third week which was w/b 11 feb, so emailed to let them know. The lady replied and said they would put a note on the system.
I havent received or been scheduled to post anything since and checking this morning im not scheduled to post anything next week either.
Should i email them to see whats going on or is this usual?

It is just posting a few items a week in theory. But, there are time scales to post them by/between (before 10am, 10-1pm, before last posting). Most of mine have to go to the post office, not just a box, and the number I have to post each week is going up and up. Started off at 2 and is now at 8 each week, and recieving about the same, most of the time I have to go to the epost office specifically to post an item for them.
I get the stamps monthly with posting schedules and items to post etc.
I'm not saying don't do it, but just a warning that it's a lot more work that just putting a couple of letters in the box each week.
Hi
You can be flexible with the postage times, just post on the day before the final collection (or the same day the following week) If I'm at work I can't post between 10am-1pm so I post on the way to work at 6am if postbox or 6:30am if Post Office.
I've just started retraining so, I've only got 2 items to post. 8 items a week does sound familiar. Sometimes I had to 2 items on the same day at different times. Not much has changed then.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
I started re-training two weeks ago and have nothing to post this week but have been sent two items to post next week. Thought it was rather strange but just going with the flow!0

This survey is pants
Me too, I have 2 items to post on Wednesday one between 10 and 1 and one after 1. I haven't received the postal pack yet. I've emailed but not received a reply yet. It did say Add Smart but that has now changed to no Smart needed. :mad:0 -

The frequency of posting required at the moment is a bit much, I think. I'm trying to keep on top of it but didn't really expect to be doing it almost every day.2020 Wins:

They really need to sort out their procedures - it's farcical. And this is a firm purporting to measure the performance of another! I wouldn't trust their data!
If I was Royal Mail, I'd be wanting my money back!0 -
I never post at post offices unless it is an item that will not fit in a post box - I contacted Kantar and they said this was fine. My boxes all have one collection per day so all the mail for that day goes in at the same time, well before collection time - I also checked this and was told it was fine, those who are using boxes with more than one collection per day would probably be advised to stick more closely to the times. Don't make it any harder work than it needs to be
That's useful to know. I shall email them today. If I can use any post box it will be much more manageable.

Hi guys, wonder if anyone an help me.
Have been doing RM surveys since January this year and until now, only sending small white envelopes. Last week, my package did not arive so I was unable to send yesterdays (which I telephoned TNS about and they said was fine and too ignore this weeks unless it arrives late). This morning I received my package (including yesterdays post out) but this time I have SMARTS.
Can someone please tell me what I do with the SMARTS as I have never received any info from TNS. I know I log them online etc but do I post them in the letter? Do I take them out of the packet? Do they have to be inserted into envelope a certain way?
Also, I have only received one booklet of stamps (back in January). It seems an awful lot of work for a tenners worth of stamps. Should I have received more this month? There are absolutely no stamps in the package I received this morning!
Is it just me or is this whole survey thing very dis organised?

Thanks in advance for your help
Hi
When you receive a letter with a SMART record the SMART details when you input received items. The SMART will then be on your list of SMARTS. You can check by clicking on Manage My SMARTS. Keep the SMARTS as they will be need for future letters that will be on your Posting Plan. When you log into your Posting Plan, click on the Advanced Columns box and it will state which SMART, if any needs to be sent with the letter.
It gets easier once you get the hang of it.:)
The UnAddreessed Mail surveys have been a bit of a shambles. Seems to be going forever.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
