    Hi

The UnAddreessed Mail surveys have been a bit of a shambles. Seems to be going forever.

Quote from email received July 2012:
"At the beginning of September we will be monitoring the delivery of unaddressed mail by Royal Mail. These will be real items that Royal Mail delivers to everyone in your area.
As with the Correctly Delivered Survey, you will be able to take part in the measurement of this service whether you are currently participating on the main letter survey or during your 6 month hiatus.

How long does it last? Each period of participation lasts for 3 weeks. You have to have at least a 3 week break before you can participate again.

Is there an incentive? Upon completion of the survey, we will send you a £5 high street voucher. "

    Quote from email October 2012:-
"This is the first wave of participation and will require data entry until 7th January 2013. All waves after this will be a 3 week wave, which upon 100% completion we will send you a £5 high street voucher. As the first wave is 6 weeks this will be issued twice. "

There were then a further 2 emails giving various info. about the weeks that were late being loaded, etc.

It seems that everyone who originally signed up to this has committed themselves to doing this ongoing unless you tell them you want to stop. They also seem to have ignored their original comment that you would have a 3 week break between each session!

As I like receiving the £5 voucher, I shall carry on doing this for the present.

Can someone please tell me what I do with the SMARTS as I have never received any info from TNS. I know I log them online etc but do I post them in the letter? Do I take them out of the packet? Do they have to be inserted into envelope a certain way?

    [/QUOTE]

If you look at News & features when you sign in, you will find some information about smarts. Definitely do not take them out of thier packet.

There is also information on the training button.

There have been a lot of problems with this - if you read back you will see all the comments.

Having said that I am still taking part as £5 is £5 for just entering daily(or weekly) what unaddressed mail you receive over a 3 week period.

You do have to look out for some specified items and these can arrive before they are shown on the website so best to keep mail for a week or so.
