Hope someone can put my mind at rest. I have only been doing
this survey for 5 week (mainly the training tasks).

When I log in I can see that I have six items to post next week. I have two for which I have received the envelopes etc. so no problem, but I have four others (two of which have no names or addresses) and two others.

These missing items are supposed to be posted on Monday and Tuesday of next week. I have had no reply when phoning the helpline and have had no reply to my email.

I know I shouldn't get stressed out over it but when I do something I want to do it properly.

You won't get a reply today as the website says the helpline closed at 11am today.

I expect it will be impossible to get hold of them by phone on Monday so I would sugest you send them an e-mail about the problem and they should reply quickly - but don't hold your breath!

If they have not sent you the full papers for any postings, they usually just say ignore them and they adjust the system.

Don't get too stressed out - we have all had odd problems with these surveys and at the present time the problems seem to be increasing.

However, remember that if you cannot post an item on a particular date, you can post the next week on the same day of the week e.g. Mon 10 Dec - can post on Mon 17 Dec.

I've now had my Correctly Delivered voucher and I did that after I started the Unaddressed Survey - wonder if they will send all 3 vouchers for the U/S together when it finishes in Jan?

Guess we are supposed to be keeping a record of items arriving this week as we're now in the third period but there's yet again no current weeks showing on the screen..

You have answered a question for me. I too received the voucher saying it was for a correctly delivered survey but I wondered if it was for the first payment on U/S survey - obviously not.

This survey has been a total mess. Hope they don't eventually say that the data we have entered cannot be trusted and therefore no payment will be made!!!

Interesting that they were closing the helpline early today - I wonder if there was a meeting to sort out some of the problems we have been experiencing lately.

I still haven't received a diary from them- annoying as I use it each year.

    Has everyone else received theirs?

Thanks to those who offered me diaries - you're stars***

As far as I can recall they haven't wanted "any of the letters back" for well over six months.

You get free stamps for posting items to other panelists. Have you done that or only the items in the training exercises when they go back to to HQ. (IIRC you do get a set of stamps at the start when you begin training.) You don't get free stamps when you aren't supposed to be actively participating.
  • I have just done 4 weeks training and similar have 2 items to post this week but not recieved the pack or stamps or diary:-(
Iemailed them and they have made a note and post next week if it arrives! The help desk was closed as of 1pm today!
