The confirmation non receipt, is for any items pictured that you should have had arrive that didn't, my 1st week I didn't have the items that I should have had so couldn't confirm receipt, after about 2 weeks it had the confirmation non receipt box appear, I ticked them and submitted:)

Yes, this is something my husband does. We collect all flyers and he sends them back once a month.

Well, that was hard work, lol, just caught up with the Unaddressed survey. I actually saved the stuff for the first week for over a week and then binned it as it didn't look like the survey was continuing. Fortunately for TNS, we recycle all our paper and collect in a large bag, a few days later and it would have been recycled as the bag was almost full! I had a bit of confusion though, as I'd kept the first week's stuff for so long when I went through the recycling the stuff came out week 3, week 1, week 2, the specific items were very useful in sorting it out. I don't know what they are playing at and I'd imagine that many people haven't still got the oldest items.

I'd also like to receive my first £5 voucher, I've already had the one for the Correctly Delivered survey I was doing over the same period so they had better send them soon, I haven't finished my Christmas shopping yet :xmassmile

Out this morning so no chance to get anyone on the phone. So I just clicked nothing received for the first week as I really have no idea about it. I found some leaflets in the recycling that were on the list which I've put down as arriving last week as I know they didn't come this week. And this weeks is reasonably straightforward as I still have all the papers waiting to go in the bin. I'll email to explain, then it's up to them what they do about it. Not my !!!! up, after all, and at least I can give an idea of what's arrived, even if I'm not sure exactly when. Too busy to faff around after them.

Did anyone manage to find out when we are supposed to get the vouchers for the Unaddressed survey please? The second three week period ended on Sunday and I haven't been paid for the first three weeks yet

I've now had my Correctly Delivered voucher and I did that after I started the Unaddressed Survey - wonder if they will send all 3 vouchers for the U/S together when it finishes in Jan?

Guess we are supposed to be keeping a record of items arriving this week as we're now in the third period but there's yet again no current weeks showing on the screen..

Hi, im doing the royal mail postal survey sending items and logging received items.

Ive emailed support but had no reply, has anyone had the December incentive stamps as i have not had any with my packs since early November?

Hope someone can put my mind at rest. I have only been doing
this survey for 5 week (mainly the training tasks).

When I log in I can see that I have six items to post next week. I have two for which I have received the envelopes etc. so no problem, but I have four others (two of which have no names or addresses) and two others.

These missing items are supposed to be posted on Monday and Tuesday of next week. I have had no reply when phoning the helpline and have had no reply to my email.

I know I shouldn't get stressed out over it but when I do something I want to do it properly.

wow my 1st ever mis-delievery on the survey.... still no news about a recall, have to ask again in New Year xx
