My postcode (a 1.5 year old new build) isn't yet on their system...

Naughty Royal Mail! I wouldn't expect this from ANY company after this long, especially RM!

The unaddressed mail section has totally disappeared off my list now - am not bothering now to keep a note unless they email me to say they have put another one up.

If you get mail delivered then its 'live' on the RM system

Thanks - got the small box sorted however still no sign of any stamps&diary..sent an email about 2 weeks ago but no reply. Does anyone have an effective way of communicating with them as emailing isn't getting me anywhere
