Has anyone actually contacted Royal Mail about the Unaddressed Mail Survey please? Don't know about anyone else but mine is still showing last week and the week before..

  • I phoned today.

I was told that they are aware of the fact that we have only had 3 weeks, that it is a new survey and having teething troubles as such.

If they needed to contact us when it was sorted they would.

I asked if I needed to keep the data that I should be entering for this week and the lady said if I could keep the data of what was received that would be great, but to bear in mind that it might not be needed if in fact I am only meant to be doing a 3 week wave, rather than as my email suggested until Jan 2013.

She also stated that if I couldn't keep the data not to worry as it is their error not ours.

She also told me that if I haven't received a £5 voucher withi9n 2 weeks to contact them again.

Personally I don't think it will be too much for me to just scrible what I get each day just in case later in the week the next 3 weeks appear, but we will all have to decide whether to keep the info for probably no reward.

No. I'm a bit confused. I thought they'd said the first people were logging infor the 8 or 9 weeks, hence 3 lots of £5 vouchers. So I logged the last 3 weeks as requested. Today I was expecting the next 3 week block and all I had was the last 2 weeks with boxes to tick to confirm I hadn't received the leaflets that I should have. I think out of 5 I only got one.
Which might be why the red button has been showing up every afternoon - they clearly think it's me not entering them rather than the postie not delivering them.

I too still have the last 2 weeks showing but today I received another letter from them dated 15 November enclosing a Smart return envelope. The letter is almost the same as the one I received last month.

Wonder if they are having a one week break although the letter does say " by now, you should have begun to receive items related to the measurement"!

Thanks for confirming, I was just about to send them an email. I've been keeping a note this week but it's a bit pointless then as they don't seem to know what they are doing!

I think RM need to get a new company to evaluate them, they are worse than the actual postal service itself!
  • Awwww! Personally I think Kantar are usually pretty good, as they said this is a new measurement any problems may not be their fault they could be waiting on info from RM as to what items are being looked for or even something we are not aware of as a problem.

I'm just going to keep logging my info on as piece of paper in case it is needed, as I said it's not really a lot of work and I check the site every day anyway to make sure I haven't got a survey invite, so not a great hard ship!

There is a new Correctly Delivered survey available for the last two weeks in December, or at least there was when I logged on :)

Yep guess could be right there, maybe RM don't give them the info - although they were also pretty bad when I was on the main survey, it was quite frustrating.

Just something to be aware of. Yesterday my Return SMARTS to RI button went red. I had, according to the stock list, 2 SMARTs in stock but I could only find 1 and not the one they wanted me to return. I literally spent a couple of hours yesterday looking for the SMART in case I had mislaid it but to no avail. This morning, it turned up in an envelope from Kantar themselves with a letter saying I could use it if needed. Why on Earth did they add it before I had it and, what's the point of sending me one before promptly having to send it back immediately :(
  • Hi guys, I haven't been doing this too long and have a few questions.

First off, I've received a small box that I need to post out next week, however it says I need to send it through a post box :/ ain't no way it's fitting in a postbox! Is this a mistake or am I missing something?

Also, I had a nice slip saying 'here is a diary and some Xmas stamps'. There is no diary and xmas stamps in my envelope :( any idea if they coming separately or has something bad happened here?
