Sorry all previous posters - I only read the last post before replying. looks as though we are all wondering what is happening with this.

I was able to enter data for Saturday & Sunday without problem & it said it was saved - so wait & see what happens.

The operation seems to have worsened over the lat few months. I wonder if some problems are due to the 6 month participation causing extra work that reflects on the time the staff have to do their work. Would be good to be a fly on the wall in their office to find out what is happening there!

Also I too have noticed the button is highlighted early on in the day.

Also no further weeks entered. I had expected that this would run for another 3 weeks immediately.

Does anyone else have a further 3 weeks to complete?

No. I'm a bit confused. I thought they'd said the first people were logging infor the 8 or 9 weeks, hence 3 lots of £5 vouchers. So I logged the last 3 weeks as requested. Today I was expecting the next 3 week block and all I had was the last 2 weeks with boxes to tick to confirm I hadn't received the leaflets that I should have. I think out of 5 I only got one.
Which might be why the red button has been showing up every afternoon - they clearly think it's me not entering them rather than the postie not delivering them.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I don't need a diary, but how much would it really hurt the survey people to post a diary to all inactive members as well just to let them know thyat they haven't been forgotten?

When they introduced the 6 month idea...I think I recall one of the FAQ's being about the diary and them responding that they were indeed hoping to send them to all panalists....

  • Got my final posting pack today, along with the usual books of 1st class and large stamps, plus a book of 1st class Christmas stamps, a Christmas 2012 presentation pack and a diary. It was a lovely surprise as I wasn't expecting the extras! I've really enjoyed doing this postal survey, fingers crossed I get invited back again :)

I thought it was the longer time too.

It's odd that there are now just the last two weeks of the three original ones without their adding new weeks.

Has anyone on here phoned them to find out what is happening?
  • Well, I've been visiting this site for many years, but only just registered!

I've been doing the Royal Mail Survey for 6 months now, and yesterday received the Christmas stamps and 2013 diary. On the front of the diary are the letters TNS, which boringly stands for Taylor Nelson Sofres, however, I may use the diary and if anyone asks, say it stands for Triple Nine Society... unfortunately, as a new member here, I can't post a link :(
