If it simply said "The Householder" and no postal address then that counts as "unaddressed" for their purposes.
Using slightly different words, the above is in the guidance on the site.

Just logged on to enter a letter received & they have put on a further 2 pieces of unaddressed mail to look for. They actually both came earlier this week so watch out if you are doing this survey.
I know the instructions say keep the unaddressed mail for a week but I would have thought they would have put any special items on before the week started.
Are the rest of you finding that the button for the unaddressed mail is highlighted by middle of the day?
I'm coming to the end of the first 3 weeks and are going to be away over the weekend until Monday. As I shan't be able to enter information for tomorrow & Saturday on the day, I hope they don't use it as an excuse to not pay the £5.0 -
Have you not received any invites for misdelivered surveys?
I seem to be having these regularly since I was "rested" which I like as you get L2S vouchers.
It is useful to log in regularly to see if there are any other invites available
Yes I have been doing these get one about every 6 weeks. So they have not completly forgot about me.0 -

Remember that Sunday is a possible delivery day (I've recorded some) and you can give a total for the week if you want for the non-identified mail.
Only problem I would foresee is if they take down the current 3-week period and put up the next 3 weeks on Monday before you have time to enter the numbers.0 -

I did respond but never received an acknowledgement.
Did anyone else send them details? Did they thank you?I sent them a few emails with details of various letters I'd received but never heard anything back. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Same as with the main panel, I think they are just being slack and disorganised, can't see why they can't ensure the items are listed before they arrive here, they must know!
I also had items arrive last week that were not listed at the time then when I logged on at the weekend they then wanted to know what day they arrived...
This morning I logged on for the start of the new 3 week batch and there are no dates showing for me to log anything. They have amended what was showing last week to just show the last 2 weeks of the previous period.
Tbh this survey has made me realise just how many items of junk mail the RM are delivering so after this is finished I am going to try and register this block of flats to not receive any - we had another 36 items put through by the postman this morning and only 4 letters caught up amongst that lot.0 -
Same here, my Unaddressed survey is now only showing the previous two weeks and this week is not showing at all yet. I also have two specific items they mentioned that I never received (there were four in total and I got two of them).2020 Wins:

I have a further piece of unaddressed mail to look for but it still hadn't arrived by Saturday, I was worried I'd missed it but I've looked through all my post and can't find it. I'm hoping too that they don't use this as an excuse not to pay.
Also I too have noticed the button is highlighted early on in the day.0 -

Interesting - just back from weekend away and the button is not highlighted today even though I hadn't entered anything for Saturday or Sunday!
Also no further weeks entered. I had expected that this would run for another 3 weeks immediately.
Does anyone else have a further 3 weeks to complete?0
