you mean the RM postcode checker?
If you get mail delivered then its 'live' on the RM system

    addressmaintenance@royalmail.com

I'm on the main database on their homepage.

What I meant was that the database they are using on this survey isn't up to date (probably about 1.5 years old)

well that will no doubt be down to the company they pay to do the surveys
its down to them to update their PAF data

I have just received my stamps (12x1st +4x1st large ) for completing the Quality of Service Measurement survey.

Since being "rested", I seem to have had loads of various surveys which I quite like, as you don't have to leave the house to receive your rewards!

Have I been lucky or are other people who are resting also finding the same thing?

Only had the Correctly Del ones, no others and no diary :(, been rested for about 8 months now.

Thanks - got the small box sorted however still no sign of any stamps&diary..sent an email about 2 weeks ago but no reply. Does anyone have an effective way of communicating with them as emailing isn't getting me anywhere :(

I always use the 0800 phonbe number which is on the post data sheets you get weekly.

Sometimes have to phone a couple of times because they;re busy but usually get to talk to someone in the end.:)

Yay - just been invited back after only 4 months resting :-)
  • I'm back in after being taken off when I moved house 18 months ago. Do you think I will get the diary and presentation stamps?
  • Hi
I am after some advice. I signed up to this and have to date received 3 packs all of which I have failed to action. The reason being that I am havng renovations done to my house and accidentally packed my first envelope away when clearing all my stuff from one room to another. Only realised and remembered when I received my second pack. I have tried to contact Royal Mail but cannot get through on phone and have had no reply to my e mail. I don't know whether to just join in now or whether I should just leave it and return the stamps to them? Any ideas?

Never contact Royal Mail about this survey, Kantar Operations are the people you need to talk to.

If Royal Mail find out that you are part of the survey then you will be removed:(
