I've just logged in and entered a couple of received items with no problems.

I'm completely thrown by the unaddressed mail survey. I did the first 3 weeks as requested . Then it all went a bit weird and some of the weeks I'd done vanished from the system . So I presumed (after seeing on here that others were the same) that it was teething troubles and they'd let me know when it restarted . I'm being rested on the main surveys so haven't been checking every day. I go on today and find the unaddressed mail has reappeared for the last 2 weeks of nov and this week, showing up as red and overdue. Can anyone remember what dates the first 3 weeks covered as I'm sure I already did w/c 22 nov. just wanted to check before I phone them in total confusion. It's not showing any entries at all and I don't think I kept any of last weeks stuff, do to the confusion.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I've just checked and mine has gone strange too! I looked earlier and nothing was there and now I've got three weeks' worth of mail (Week starting Mon 19th November/Mon 26th November/Mon 3rd December) and about six items!!

Like you wondering what is going on here. I have been checking each day and this data has onlybeen put on today.

Looking at the e-mail from them where we had to confirm we were still interested in doing this, the starting date was w/c 29 October for the first 3 weeks, so looks as though w/c 19 Nov. is the first week of this tranche for new data. If anyone has different information, please share it with us.

Unlike Queenriderbrekke, I have not kept any details of post received since the end of the 3 weeks. My husband collects the unaddressed items we receive to send on to Kantar at the end of each month & has already posted them, so I cannot look back to see what we have received towards the end of November.

I can check items received since 1 Dec. & enter those but there is absolutely no way I can enter any accurate information for the first 2 weeks now on the site, so they will have to be zero.

You would have thought that if they were late in loading the information on their website, they would have sent an email to us to warn us to keep all items until they sorted themselves out.

    Isn't mail about communication?

Just had a further look at the website and wonder what the pink highlighted square means where it states "confirmation not receipt" which I assume applies to the first week's data as those days are highlighted in pink.

The page has allowed me to enter this week's information without the previous 2 weeks.

I shall try and speak to someone tomorrow about this unless anyone has already managed to get an answer from them.
  • Sorry made a mistake in my earlier post. I tried to contact TNS not Royal Mail.

I'd last logged in on 3 Dec when there was nothing there so gave up keeping a note, on seeing the posts today on here I've logged in and found the same, all 3 weeks are now showing - Kantar really need to get their act together!!! I had kept records for the first 2 weeks but not this week but think there were just a couple of items Monday. Why could they not just send us an email to say they were having problems but to keep a log and then to warn us to start logging again?! There were 6 specific items to log too, 3 of which I had but the other 3 I haven't seen (but this week hadn't been bothering to look at, just scooped everything through the door straight into recycling thinking this survey wasn't happening...).

and yes w/c 19 Nov was the first week of the second lot of unaddressed survey weeks - had it marked in my year planner.

Redagila - can I ask why you send the unaddressed items back to Kantar, is that part of a different survey task thing you do??
  • OMG! So glad I kept all the data now, not really fair of them though is it?

Has anyone had the voucher for the 1st 3 weeks as yet?
