However no answer to my question Vinny???
'Your whole argument on price rests around ignoring any of the discounts that UW give.'
Look at it this way, I pay less than a third of what you do with your choice of many suppliers yet you tell me I am getting a bad deal with UW. Still want to argue?
I can see through your mistake as many others can even if you cannot. You are merely making false accusations against UW, UW Distributors and Customers in order to try to support your viewpoint. It just shows how distorted your viewpoint is, in that you do not believe anyone would benefit from UW by being a customer. I pay less than a third of what you do each year afterall.
Long term UW Customer and Distributor.Quentin's Cashback Card?
Let no man, advert or internet site tell me where to get my Utilities0 -
Who's rattled Vinny's cage, he's been quiet for a while now as nobody as been feeding him.
Must be hungry....Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0 -
I did answer your questions with a single answer Cardew
'Your whole argument on price rests around ignoring any of the discounts that UW give.'
Long term UW Customer and Distributor.
Yet again a typically disingenuous answer, designed to mislead.
UW do not give discounts for gas and electricity as far as I am aware.
Do you dispute that someone with average consumption(20,500kWh gas and 3,300) will pay approx £300 a year more than the cheapest tariff - approx 30% more?
A simple 'yes' or 'no' will do!
You know, I know and anyone with any common sense knows that UW have just about the highest gas and electricity in UK.
That message is getting across to people - especially existing UW customers.0 -
.
Please tell me where I distort the truth, or bear this false witness on others. Then show me where I "advertise" a card!
(I see you have no comment on the way shown that your uw rep colleagues come here and try out the "propaganda" I have given chapter and verse on!)
(Have you seen the way the gullible Spanish teachers are mislead?)
Cannot believe you will try to deny what you said about your UW beating cashback card after it has been brought so many times by many people. You claimed there were a number of cashback cards available elsewhere that would give similar amounts back that the UW cashback card would. When asked repeatedly to prove it by a number of people you wouldn't and couldn't. A number of us searched the Web for quite a time to try find it yet it proved that there were none. It proved to be the case that you were merely trying to discredit UW in some way, shame it was without any proof.
What about the time that you inferred that Nigewick used to stitch people up when he was a policeman.
Look, from experience I realise the sort of character you are Quentin. Because of the way you have acted in the past you proved yourself not to be a reliable place to get information from. I feel sorry for the people who come on this thread little realising that you and many others just have an unfounded dislike for UW and will go out of your way to persuade them the UW is bad.

As you say he is back - ready to discuss anything but UW's very high prices.
Come on Vinny UW and prices are the issue.0 -
My Rep must have missed that training session!
Reading this thread http://www.4networking.biz/forum/76/52317.htm some of their reps are clearly more professional then others.0 -

Well it's like this Plushchris. I don't get rattled.
I'll tell you a little story. Even when I used to work as a projects manager in the Ministry of Defence, with people using underhanded methods I never once got rattled. I built up a reputation of cutting through the rhetoric and getting the Job done. The projects I was in charge of all made profit and were achieved in advance of schedule which was unlike other projects. I tend to find that people who have too much time on their hands to waste don't like it because it shows them up because I work hard.

Is this your answer to me asking you:Please tell me where I distort the truth, or bear this false witness on others. Then show me where I "advertise" a card!
I have never "advertised" any card. This thread is for discussing uw, not to make an aunt sally for uw reps/supporters to have a go at!
If you cannot find any other card on the web, then you must have the same strange condition Monsieur Wenger suffers from when not seeing things he doesn't want to!
I never "inferred" anything regarding Nigewick, as you know - I asked him a question (last May, I think!)!
(However Nigewick has most definitely spun some propaganda here regarding the customer service at uw (which he has referred to as atrocious when discussing it with other reps!)0 -
"Which? asked 10 of its researchers to search one phone provider’s website for up to 10 minutes to try to find out what would happen if they terminated the company’s phone contract early.
Researchers looked at home phone or phone/broadband bundle cancellation terms for AOL, BT, Plusnet, the Post Office, Orange, Sky, TalkTalk, Tesco, Utility Warehouse and Virgin Media.- FAIL - on the Orange, TalkTalk, Utility Warehouse and Virgin Media websites researchers couldn’t locate the relevant terms within 10 minutes.
- FAIL – on the AOL, Sky and Tesco websites researchers found the relevant terms but terms weren’t clear in explaining how much a customer would have to pay.
- PASS – on the BT, Plusnet and Post Office websites researchers were able to locate terms and work out how much they’d need to pay.
Which? telecoms expert Ceri Stanaway says: ‘A long contract with termination fees is the price we pay for a good deal – but cancellation terms should be fair, easy to find and clear."
