Operastar...can't post links as I'm a new user, so can't show you the speednet result, but try this:

...and I DO work for npower...I am not a liar, why would you say mine and essexmums posts are shrouded in uncertainty? My first post was true and honest, and designed specifically not to get drawn into your's or anyone elses paranoid fantasies.
I've no axe to grind, just wanted to say that bottom line for me is a saving of 190.00. ithought this was a valid non-narky point
You really shoud have declared that you work for an energy company when you first posted! Can you imagine if a UW rep came on here and didn't declare in their first post who they worked for?! There would be an outcry!!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Copy the above into your browser and you'll see I DID IT AT 3.02
Why are you being so nasty about this, with your demands for info, no please, thank you or lick my love spuds. It's the similar attitude of SOME of the ID's on here, that's part of my reason for switching supplier,0 -

No.
You protested that you hadn't lied in your posts.
I gave you some examples.
UW reps posting misleading info and making false claims are a regular feature throughout this thread.
But you not only post misleading info and lies, you come back and deny doing so, despite being shown the proof.
We are told by your colleagues that the UW HO takes a dim view when rogue reps bring their company into disrepute - yet you seem to have not been listening to that part of the training!0 -
None of the shops are local to me, so could be a bit of a pain, and the reason I'm going with npower is that I work for them, and should be able to keep ahead of the tariff game, and like a few other posters have said, it's a risky card, and I can save 190.00 by switching fuel suppliers.
Fair enough that it doesn't make sense for you to use the card if none of the shops are local (where do you live - the moon!!) No boots or sainsburys? That wasn't the reason you gave earlier though, you said it look like damned hard work which is why I questioned it as I've had the card for ages and had no problems what so ever! I've had more trouble recently with my Virgin Credit card, but thats another story!
The reasonable people on here can see that the UW card can give good cashback with the right useage, its only the ones who are that blinded by hate for UW who can see no good! As for the risks, minimal, live is full of risks, I wonder if the people who harp on about risks ever actualy leave their bedrooms?!!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Even if there was a boots and a sainsburys next door to the house, why would anyone want to use the risky card (with something over £4000 spent on it at those shops just to "break even")?
This card just makes UW members into busy fools, having to use it in UW partner shops in an attempt to get their utilities at a competitive price.
Why not just get the cheapest utilities elsewhere, shop where you want to?
You could still use a (safe, non UW) cashback credit card and actually get the savings for your own use if you wanted to - and been able to shop anywhere you pleased!0 -
These are all trademarked by Quentin:
gullibles/worthless guarantee/risky card/ex dancing boy
But anyone else is very welcome to use them!0 -

Change the record! Break even on what? I use the card which pays for my landline and calls, and UW also give me cash back into my bank every month, I have had NO problems, the risks are minimal, all cards carry some kind of risk!
I DO get the savings for my own use, do you actually know how the card works? We are still waiting for this magic card of yours that allows you to 'shop anywhere you please' I would love to see a link for this card that can give me more cashback with no risks. Surely for somebody who quite clearly has a grudge against UW (failed Rep?!) you would be happy to name this card so we can change and no longer use UW?
Oh and please don't do your usual selective cut and paste if your going to quote me!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:
