The astute subscribers to Which observe that UW does well in a report so they switch to UW. As time goes on and UW continue to receive consistently good reviews from Which across their whole product and service range, more astute subscribers switch to UW.

Following this logic, it is of no surprise that UW do well in Which surveys as their astute subscribers are very happy with the service(s) they receive.

This would appear to have more substance than the "friends and relatives" argument.

Anyone care to challenge this theory?

Not me. Sounds logical since none of my personal customers are friends or family.

I'm still waiting for a specific quote from anyone regarding Which magazine being libelled.

You seem to have made an enemy, not that I think he or his friends will take notice. They never do. They live in a world of their own make believe and expect everyone who visits here to believe it.
