Firstly you come on this thread claiming to be an impartial legal figure, offering sagely legal advice to protect MSE members from possible litigation. Next you claiming you have contacted Which magazine to point them to this thread. That's a bit of a leap even for you, caring legal expert to informer. Obviously your legal advice is deeply flawed as usually in a court of law, even in John Grisham novels you may read, the key to a successful prosecution is evidence. Did they not teach you that down the 'bar room' school of law? As to your psychobabble nonsense, all I can say say is don't dump your fledging legal career for one in psychology.

Any chance you can point us to a libellous post? Can any other rep (not that you are one) come to his aid? I would appreciate it enormously if someone can quote a libellous post that has been made against Which magazine.

I believe that the posts you are looking for will be the ones claiming that WHICH? surveys where Utility Warehouse do well are inherently flawed.
