Yes. I used the words you are going on about by way of reporting the "advert" your colleague used a thread here to put up to ask for uw reps to sell him some of their customers.

Why don't you just explain the correct significance of having 50 customers if you are so concerned about it?

    Thanks Quentin

My concern was regarding the request to "sell" customers to the poster, rather than the significance of 50 customers.

As has been said before in this thread, the relevance of 50 active customers is that this figure ensured that the ID receives their total commission for all customers, rather than a %age of the potential available if they are on less than 50 and don't achieve the requisite level of new customers signing up.

    Regards

    Mike

I am concerned because you gave incorrect information in a message that was apparently an attempt to disparage Utility Warehouse and Independent Distributors. I do not mind people stating facts that may show the company in a bad light, but, to try and put the company and associates down on a falsehood is not on. You constantly try and denigrate Utility Warehouse and I can live with that as long as you stick to proven facts. However, when your claims are based solely on your own bias, that is not acceptable.

You have previously stated that you know of a Utility Warehouse pre payment card beating cashback card but have never provided a link to it when you are clearly capable of doing such a thing.

Off to eat. I'll continue this when I get back.

I am an independent distributor with Utility Warehouse and the views I express may not be shared by the company.

And the one 'fact' he/she COULD post that would do UW the most 'harm' on here is the name of his/her UW-beating cashback card. This would kill the argument stone dead with one link. So why doesn't he/she? Anyone coming round to the thinking that it doesn't actually exist? :D In fact, is there anyone on left here who still believes it DOES exist? :p

Not, if I may say so, an unusual situation.

Where was I? Oh yes, I should have no need to explain the significance of fifty customers because it was covered earlier in this very thread. Secondly, it has no bearing on Utility Warehouse customers saving money or the service that they get from the company and/or independent distributors.

Be fair. I have answered your questions, why not answer mine?

I have now explained myself to you twice this afternoon and you have admitted to using the words >>>(It sems having 50 is a crucial level in the uw mlm/pyramid operation to trigger more monthly payments).<<< and you have not explained why you used them when they are not true. Why did you use these words?

You claim to post on this thread for altruistic reasons but refuse to post the link to your Utility Warehouse pre payment card beating cashback card. Why is that?

Why is it that when two people have shown how they save money by being Utility Warehouse customers, you continue to state that others can not save money by being a customer?

Why is it that you call customers of Utility Warehouse "gullibles"? Isn't that rather insulting?

    Hi Nige

He used a similar ploy a few weeks back inferring that the time I spent with new ID's was motivated by the £1500 extra I would earn, thereby casting doubt upon our business model again (Post 6438). When I pointed out that I earned very little for the time invested and it was actually the new ID who could earn £1500 he ignored it/refused to acknowledge his mistake and scuttled off back to his hole...typical behaviour.

How do the other UW products apart from gas/electric compare on price with other companies? Do any other companies offer the same portfolio? I've seen others offer phone services, but are there any others that can offer them all ?
I believe the total package offered by Utility Warehouse is unique. The company is obviously out to make a profit and appear to have found a way to offer a win-win-win offering that provides dividends for shareholders, earnings for independent distributors and savings for customers. Their proposition certainly does not suit everybody but if you fit certain criteria, you can pay less for your utilities than to any other company.

Their prices are displayed on their web site. You can also see which stores associate themselves with the pre payment card that I use to good effect in order to save myself money. Others will say that I am "restricted" as to where I shop but I reply to that by saying that the card fits well with the way I have always shopped.

Carmine is a self confessed rate tart who did his own sums and became a customer because it suited his purposes. I have been with the company for years and checked prices every now and again. I saw a better value company last summer and started the switching process only to see that other company put their prices up. I stayed with Utility Warehouse and then they brought out the pre payment card, whereupon it became a no brainer to stay.
