You keep dodging the central issue. What posts do you believe are libellous? You have already indicated that your employment status gives you degree of expertise in civil law, so what post can be construed as being libellous? Oxford dictionary states that libel is....

"the publication of a false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation"

So where are these libellous comments?

Frankly your credibility is in question if you make serious allegations then refuse to back up your claims with evidence. Are you really here to help, or to intimidate?

I await a detailed response outlining libellous posts.....

And to say nothing of the personal abuse we suffer from certain uw reps when they get angry.

I have no desire to discuss Keggs or anybody else's posts on a private forum, they're not for me to discuss. The Issue you are ignoring is your total disregard for His privacy and that of other users at the site, your disregard for the site rules and your abuse of UW Reps and customers.

These links have been available via google for years. They have been highlighted here for months.

Wonder why they suddenly are getting this interest from the uw reps/members forum over at uwdcforum (ie the "breakaway" forum set up by Rael, a previous contributor here)?

Couldn't be part of their new campaign designed to get this thread closed?

Personally, I would just let Quentin get on with it - if the brown stuff does hit the fan at least we will be able to read about him/her in the papers.

PS As a shareholder I would miss his/her contributions on here, if only for the fact there appears to be a clear correlation between his/her activity on here and the share price - the more he/she contributes the more the share price advances. I'm sure it's just a co-incidence but still...

May I ask a serious question of you Quentin? No doubt I'll get a convoluted abusive answer but I'll take that chance.

Do you spend most of your waking hours on your computer looking for information to use to attack the UW, its distributors and customers? Do you not have better things to do?

I read a story once that a gamer spend so much time at the monitor that he ended up with deep vein thrombosis. He got up out of his chair one day and dropped dead.

At least take some exercise.

Get on with what? Its becoming clear that the upsurge in libellous claims is nothing more than a exercise in scare tactics. To intimidate not only MSE members but also Martin himself. UW don't like this thread, and would dearly like it deleted. Is this a concerted effort on their behalf using a judicial angle to exert pressure?

Where are the libellous posts? Anyone care to point me in the direction of one where UW or Which have suffered under a MSE members keyboard?

I think carmine means just let Quentin post all the links he wants to, to videos. It's just getting people to look at them, they realise there is nothing wrong with them.

Wonder if he will post his link to his UW beating cashback card.
