Jimixbox,
Yes I do read posts that are contrary to my opinion and I am always subjective.
With this thread I also have to read misleading posts and unfounded accusations against myself, UW and other UW Distributors. Even UW customers get accusations thrown at them as well just for being a UW customer.
The site rules clearly state, try to be nice to each other.
If you feel there are problems with the way the Which? operate I suggest contacting them in regards to that before voicing it in a public place. I suggest you could try the Which? Legal Service to get professional legal advice also.

The reps forum is very anti Martin Lewis, and may have an agenda over this.
They are unhappy with the advice he gave to people regarding locking into fixed contracts, and are also unhappy the uw doesn't feature in his best buy articles.
They post schoolboy abusive comments aimed at Martin Lewis.
eg: "The guy's a creep."
So, some people like martin and some don't, so what? How is this related to UW's products and services? And what business is it of yours how other people feel about martin?

Answer the question, where are the libellous posts? This is getting seriously embarrassing mate.0 -
Anyone, who professes to have any knowledge of the law, who can argue that the post below constitutes libel, has no credibility.
Yet another poster trying to impress with his legal knowledge - and failing miserably How so?.
A worried reply methinks.
At the risk of sounding sarcastic but the great Cardew appears to be highly knowledgeable about electronic engineering, British Gas, British Telecom, UW practices, libel law.........................................
Is there anything this great wonderment doesn't know.0 -
I think Martin Lewis will soon need a bigger hard disk.Quentin's Cashback Card?

Well, there was Quentin's demonstrably false accusation that I 'intentionally and cynically' posted misleading information. Even if my information had been incorrect (which it wasn't) how could he possible know the contents of my mind and therefore my intentions at the time of posting.
Or there was Quentin's unsopported (unsupportable) implied accusation that Nigewick used to 'stitch people up' when he was a copper.
Or there was Quentin's inaccurate and misleading comparison of the UW business model to an illegal pyramid scam.
There's Quentin's repeated use of the word 'risky' to describe the UW cashback card, without any evidence that it is any more risky than any other prepay card.

You don't recognise it that way, so I say post on at your own risks. Only the companies themselves can decide if their own reputations have been affected by what is written. I'm merely making you aware of that possibility. It's entirely up to you of course. Squirm on.
I'm sounding like a broken record, only because of the gravity of your posts that suggest legal action could be pending. What posts could be construed as libellous too companies themselves? You have indicated that you have a level of experience in civil law, therefore posted these warnings.
So you must of read posts that you believed were potentially libellous, which ones? Its not hard, just tell us the post number.0 -

MLM has many critics, of which one criticism is its pyramid type structure. MLM is perfectly legal, but its a valid criticism and in noway libel to suggest that MLM has characteristics that some may find in illegal pyramid schemes.
The UW discount card could be considered 'risk' insofar as any money deposited is not ring fenced or protected in anyway. So if UW were to cease trading any money on the card would be lost. Again, its fair to point this out.
If Nige feels he has been libelled in anyway he is perfectly within his rights to peruse Quentin through out legal system, its upto him.0 -

All reasonable sized businesses share the Pyramid structure - you think the executives and ceo of M&S (for example) personally go out and sell stuff? No, they get paid from the pool of money generated by the staff in their shops and processing online orders. I'd wager there are more staff on the shop floor than there are middle management and more middle management than senior management etc. Quentin's use of this pyramid like structure to compare UW to an illegal scam is potentially damaging to UWs reputation and is therefore potentially libellous. The UW discount card could be considered 'risk' insofar as any money deposited is not ring fenced or protected in anyway. So if UW were to cease trading any money on the card would be lost. Again, its fair to point this out.
This small risk is clearly explained in the Ts & Cs. Nobody has provided any evidence that the card is more risky than any other prepay card. UW distributors acknowledge this risk and even Cardew has stated he considers it minor. Again, Quentin's repeated use of the word risky seems to be nothing more than further attemps to damage the reputation of UW.If Nige feels he has been libelled in anyway he is perfectly within his rights to peruse Quentin through out legal system, its upto him.
So you would agree that Quentin's statement is possibly libellous? Or not?
You asked for examples of potentially libellous posts, I've provided 4, although you only commented on 3. Shall we assume this matter has been well covered and there definately are some posts in this forum that might be considered libellous?
