There's no argument they used misleading advertising on their website.

Here's one infamous one:

Every household in Britain can now benefit from the nation's cheapest domestic gas. Not cheaper gas as some of our competitors claim but the CHEAPEST gas.

If the worst happens at least we'll get to know who Quentin is and (hopefully) be able to put some meat on the bones of just why he's so obsessed with denigrating UW.

tbh I don't know why he bothers - even if he can prove it it doesn't change the fact that he criticises others for breaking board rules but still regularly does so himself.

I assume all this ASA business is just an attempt to distract from posts 7341 & 7358.
It's not like UW are the only company ever to get ASA adjudications anyway, using the few they've had to imply they are some terrible conmerchant organisation is disingenuous at best.
