As you say, any survey is open to abuse, so why pick on specific ones? What evidence can you show that any WHICH? survey has been abused?What I and others have pointed out is that any poll which relies on a person registering their preference is open to abuse.The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

Wrong. A selective survey which weights a survey so age, sex, social and ethnic group (amongst others) are considered and reflected in in any results are representative of the target audience.
Any survey which asks for a response is open to abuse, end of story. Its not a survey, its a reflection of their readers views. Its certainly not representative of the wider public. I've never said (please quote me) that the Which survey has been abused, I contend that it is open to abuse, which it is. That my friend is a fact....0 -
But, you have not shown that a WHICH? survey has been abused. Therefore your statement has no relevance until you can prove that such abuse has occurred. It's a bit like Quentin's assertion that he has a cashback card that saves people more money than the Utility Warehouse pre payment card.
