The whole methodology of the Which reader's survey is wide open to abuse by vested interests.

As you say, any survey is open to abuse, so why pick on specific ones? What evidence can you show that any WHICH? survey has been abused?
Wrong. A selective survey which weights a survey so age, sex, social and ethnic group (amongst others) are considered and reflected in in any results are representative of the target audience.
Any survey which asks for a response is open to abuse, end of story. Its not a survey, its a reflection of their readers views. Its certainly not representative of the wider public. I've never said (please quote me) that the Which survey has been abused, I contend that it is open to abuse, which it is. That my friend is a fact....0 -
