Typical answer no answer! Looking at the figures though 30,000 ID's 21,000 customers a quarter that amounts to 4 customers a year or is it 3.8? Per distributor? FOI them and ask just how many customers they have LOST anyway thanks for the info saves me paying Companies House when I serve them with a winding up order.0

Pro faction could be SEPOS (Self Employed Purveyors Of S)
Anti faction could be SOTs (Seekers of Truth)
Hmmm...so speaks the genius who starts a thread on Eon offering £70 cashback but doesn't bother telling his readers that, actually, they would probably be no better off moving if they were seeking to move as soon as they got the cashback . But I realised with your npower embarrassment you only seem to read UWs T&Cs. How weird.Call me Carmine....

They were a joint venture between Virgin and London Energy/EDF. EDF bought virgin out and soon rebranded them EDF energy and used that brand outside their home regions (London, SEEboard & SWEB) which kept their own names for a few years longer.

Thanks for that, SJ. And hopefully no more dead people's memories were disrespected... :eek:Call me Carmine....

The "dog poo" was just an example of what you require when starting, thats if you want to stay within the "laws" whilst not mandatory anyone would be foolish not to consider liability insurance. I note there was no joke about the need for car insurance as you need to declare using your car for buisness use. Also, if you are an ID for the company under their terms and conditions you should not be using their services for your business so you need a buinsess account with them. (Read your small print.) Also (according to them subject to legal challenge) if you owe them money they can take it from you although not the same contracts!
Just one thing..... IF being an ID was so good and made everyone so much money why are there no ID's in customers services or for that matter anywhere else in the "hub" of the company?
Thats one question no one has EVER answered?0 -
If what was down to a text message? With all due respect you dont know 1% let alone what is going on and your post bemuses me as you never answer a question would you FOI them and ask them how many customers they have lost over 5 years?
For your information I have predicted pretty much what would happen to T+ over the years and also their "card"
Whats wrong with quoting T&C's? In any case? They are all open for everyone to view?0 -

They aren't a public body so how can I or indeed you FOI them?
With regard to how many customers they have lost over the last 5 years I have absolutely no idea and, frankly, I don't care. But if you bothered to read vinnyph's post it's clear they have gained far more than they have lost. Number of services provided as at March 2004 = 312,000. Number of services provided as at March 2009 = 856,00. These figures hardly suggest a company in crisis due to loss of customers. But I'm sure in your current state you'll see it entirely differently. Should someone warn Wigoder his company is about to be wound up, I wonder? :rotfl: I hope he's got some diazepam handy.Call me Carmine....
