Why?
Wouldnt some distributors make a lot of dosh?
Not if it decided to get rid of the referral marketing approach and try and return to their normal method of operations aka traditional business then they will lose big time IMHO. The network is nPower's biggest asset not to mention T+ itself.
Not all distributors get free share options.
UW Distributor & very happy customer for 10 years0 -
There are two other factors that could boost them in the near future. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

I wouldnae touch UW with a very long barge-pole: and would advise anyone else to avoid them as well.
There are several long posts relating to UW in this sub-board with differing views (some in favour, many against UW). IMHO the most vociferous and increasingly panicking posters are, oddly, "distributors" for UW. These distributors/senior managers or whatever they call themselves operate in a manner many fair-minded people would find reminiscent of a Pyramid scheme. However UW tell me it is not a Pyramid scheme so I accept their statement that it is not a Pyramid scheme.
Cheers!

PS As I said, clearly not a Pyramid Scheme.
I would suggest you took a cold shower your repetitiveness is bordering on mania.0 -

With all the arguments about energy and UW there is one thing that we have all forgotten (although another has just mentioned it - sort of).
I am a distributor of the Utility Warehouse Discount Club. To ignore this is not right. It isn't an energy company. It is not a telephone company. It is not an Internet company. It is a discount club offering a wide range of services which on the whole will save people money and gives members a wide variety of products and services which they can't get anywhere. The cashback card is just one of many.
The core business is one bill for all the major utility services on offer but to ignore all the other benefits is ridiculous.
I was reminded today of that by a fellow member and distributor. As a distributor I am proud to be a member of a club that offers its members so many benefits that save me money. I don't care if British Gas can give me something cheaper (for a short period of time) or Sky to give me some inducement if I decide to leave. If they can do that then why did they not offer that inducement then. The same applies to these so called traditional businesses.
The artfuyllodger might tell me he wouldn't trust UW but I've been with them almost from the start and will never consider going back. I would lose too much as a customer / member.
What others do is their decision but for me joining T+ and UWDC has been the best decision I've ever made. And I will be very sad indeed if the like of nPower used their share strength to destroy what has been built up over the last 10 years. And all by word of mouth.0 -
Are new distributors told about the possible purchase by N Power before they part with £200,and the fact that if NP abandon the networking approach their dream will end. Or is their some guarantee the network will continue.0
