I have left a message thanking them for not parking too close to me. When was the last time you thanked anyone for doing something nice to you.
You're a very complex person, you thank people for not parking too close. Isn't that like thanking someone for not stabbing you? Or maybe not punching you in the face? Like they shouldn't do it it the first place, so why thank them? Of course if I were cynical I might think you have an ulterior motive...0 -
As for me. Who am I deceiving. I have left a message thanking them for not parking too close to me. When was the last time you thanked anyone for doing something nice to you.
You seem so immersed in the culture of deceit that you cannot see the extent of the deceit.
1) You see nothing wrong in pretending to be lost when you really wanyt to try and sell something
2) You post that all you are doing is leaving this "nice" note thanking someone for not parking too close to you. But you forget it is you who selects where to park (ie between the two already parked cars) so that you can use the opportunity to leave your deceitful message on their cars!0 -

I have done my own research in a totally open minded fashion. The ones who are not open minded are the UW salesmen/distributors with blind faith in what they are doing (and of course a financial interest in persuading others to buy or join). That is what I meant, in a previous post, by describing the classic religious language of the pro-UW posters - accusing non-believers of having closed minds is symptomatic of evangelicals through the ages who cannot accept that some people are capable of making up their own minds on the evidence.
1. Then why do you continue to come here only to 'have a go'
2. We don't have blind faith - we have belief and passion for what we do. There is a difference.
3. As for evangelical meetings which is what you are saying we have. You've been watching too many 'movies' Have you ever been to a footie match? If you do, do you ever get caught up in the chanting. It could quite easily be argued they are akin to evangelical religious meetings. It's even been said football is todays religion.
By comparison T+ meetings are quite sober. If you care to go to any business meeting around the country they are quiet. Someone at the front gives a presentation and then people as questoions. Some may stand up and tell others who they are and what they do.
Your supposed evangelical meeting is aimed at the one a year (at most) get together to make announcements. If they get rah rah then so bei it. I don't get all ag ga over it. Some may but I don't. And nor does Nigewick from a previous comment.
Express day is a day full of excitement with people woindering what changes and improvement are going to be made. People get awarded with all sorts of things. What wromng with people congratulating others achievemements.
I have a presentation evening coming up in a fortnight. My pupils will be receiveing their awards with their supporters watching on -- all will be clapping. We'll even have a party after it.
You sound as unahppy an individual as Quentin and Cardew. Neither ever say anything nice. They only criticise.
If we distributors answer back then we are accused of either deceiving people or are satan's disciples or religious zealots.
WE are NONE of these things. We are all ordinary people who each in our own way have found a vehicle which we find benefits us and we wish to share that with others. If others don't want to know that's OK. If they feel the same way - that's great.
Those videos which Quentin denigrates are not out to dupe people whatever you or he tries to imply. They are there simply to show others what to do in a general sense. I don't do do it that way. I do it in my own way as other probably do.
If you are tuly open minded and done your own research and come up with a different conclusion to me so be it but that's all it is - your opinion.
Thye simple fact is UW is a referall marketing business that is accepted by all those government bodies that matter as being legal and is properly accountable to its shareeholders. It is efficient and treats its staff and its business partners (distributors) well. It offers services which many have found benefits them.
If you can't accept that then that your problem not mine.0 -
But you forget it is you who selects where to park (ie between the two already parked cars) so that you can use the opportunity to leave your deceitful message on their cars!
Come on Quentin. Fairs fair, keggs might park in a space with empty adjacent spaces and lurk behind a darkened pillar waiting to pounce with his 'thank you' note when a very careful driver appears. Its wrong to assume the worst.;)0 -

Are you the sort of person who sees evil in everything anyone does. Taljk about religious zealot.
Get behind me Satan0 -
Dear Quentin
Even Jimexbox (unless he's being sarcastic) thinks you are being a bit paranoid. I think you should get out a bit more and let yourself go. You might find that most people in the world are actually quite nice. Even Utility Warehouse distributors0 -

Thanks. I should. I have to rest my leg at the moment so just killing time. I know I shouldn't get wound up but there you go...that's me. Highly strung. So I should be if someone here could get hold of me.
Best wishes to. Hope you are doing well.0 -

But you don't "answer back".
Someone asked you a question and you kept replying that you didn't understand the question.
I answer it and you promptly (wrongly) say my answer is incorrect! Only when your assertion of "incorrect" is challenged do you answer back with a lame excuse as to why you made a mistake.
And you admit to deceiving people (you personally: over the car park trick, as well as your admision that you phone people with a phoney marketing survey which is really only a way to get round to selling utilities).
There is no question that uw reps are encouraged to deceive when in their training video they are shown how to ask a friend to help out over a problem at work they need to practice. When really the intention is to sign up the friend for multiple utilities.

Here's another rep who got fed up seeing his friends cross over the road when they saw him coming down the street:

Even Jimexbox (unless he's being sarcastic) thinks you are being a bit paranoid.
You read what Jimexbox said regarding your car park trick.
Even though you know I have quoted your scheme correctly (who can forget your outrage when this deceit of yours was first revealed, and I mistakenly assumed you put your cards under the wipers of the adjacent cars, when in fact you put them on the wing mirrors), you choose to try and turn this into my suffering paranoia!
(Anyway you told us you were a psychologist/dancer/rep, not a psychiatrist/dancer/rep, so how come you are able to diagnose psychiatric conditions, or is it just more abuse?)0
