The triple value guarantee is worthless, the fact that a customer is happy with a worthless guarantee does not change that fact. How can anyone of sound mind and body be happy paying more for gas and electricity?

Come on reps! Just admit that you supply expensive energy, and if you use the cash card heavily you can bring your bills down to a more reasonable level? Using selective tariffs to compare what you charge may impress a 'friend' who is helping you train, and may inadvertently sign up as a favour. Its doesn't impress folk who actually take the time to compare true prices.

Given that the cashback card 5% retailer list includes the 3rd largest UK supermarket (and one that the extreme money savers on here are increasingly turning to in order to save money on their shopping) then I would suggest that using the card as you state 'heavily' would bring your bills down to a level far more acceptable than 'reasonable' (in my case, far far cheaper than even the current cheapest paperless ONLINE tariff with EXIT FEES). In addition, take the £19.99 per month phone line/BB/24/7 calls package in with the gas and leccy and the deal becomes even more impressive.

I could accept this argument a whole lot more if the cashback card included 'niche' retailers and not a major supermarket chain but fact is it includes some of the most popular and biggest High Street names, shops that t/o many billions of pounds in total. This bloody card has placed a big fly in your ointment, I feel. I'll re-iterate, for someone who regularly shops at Sainsburys for groceries and fuel it can very easily make UW the cheapest option on the market. Fact.

I could also accept your argument a whole lot more if you didn't detest the energy supplier you are currently with due to their underhand tactics....

I could accept your argument a whole lot more if you were actually with the company you constantly sing praise for.

You constantly say you shop at Sainsburys because its the cheapest for you, you also keep saying UW would be cheapest for you and yet you dont shop there for your gas and electric?

Of all the hypocrisy I've read on here yours is some of the most entertaining. :T

Every single one of your customers could, without exception, get their gas and electricity cheaper from every one of the Big 6 companies.
Incorrect. There are many customers and prospective Carmines who do and will save money because of their particular circumstances.

See this post that you have not answered. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=22187367&postcount=3320 On another thread you have accused somebody of not answering one of your questions. How about giving an answer to me? Show proof that I committed offences while I was a Police Officer, explain that you did not mean the words as written or apologise.

Of course they came out with exactly the same line before the introduction of the cashcard - see earlier in this thread.
That'll be asking you to show Carmine how to get a better deal than he can with Utility Warehouse for his requirements will it?

Eon are the cheapest for me, fact. UW are 57th down the list which I kindly proved a pic. Feel free guys to use this fact in you customer presentations, I haven't copyrighted it.

This is reason I continue to use Eon carmine, which you well know. Their judicious use of price cuts/discounts is a practice I find underhand. Im sure Eon would fiercely deny this. At least Im honest and upfront with my own appraisal of my energy supplier, now that your with UW can you be equally critical, or has the indoctrination process gone too far?

Wooahh...there's that bold wording again. Think I'll start adopting that method. It's so authoritative :p I'm sure there are elements of UW that are as dodgy as the rest of the energy industry. This IS the most discredited industry in the country after all. But UW are easily the cheapest for me - a fact that you and your ilk don't seem to understand or accept hence your presence on here. Which I find totally weird. It matters not a jot to me where UW are on your comparison site because on my far more sophisticated comparison site (i.e. my brain) they are at the very top - by far the cheapest for me! . You stay with E.on due to price (although you have previously stated it's mainly due to their customer service and were stating months ago you were 'off to BG', and that's before the 10% reduction in leccy costs ), why is it sooo difficult for you to accept that people will sign up with UW due to price also? We have to get our domestic fuel from somewhere, and I've been with all the Big 6 at some stage due to the incentives they gave. This is a money saving site after all...

Go carmine, just for me. Admit in public UW have expensive gas and electricity. Just say the truth without any personal caveats. Go on......
