Nice to see the thread become lively again if only it would stay friendly.
How comes you have a problem with people pointing out things that might effect peoples pockets after all its a money saving site.0 -

I don't. All I said was they seemed to be addressing some criticisms. That wasn't an invitation to re-ignite any war of words, or had any veiled meaning, but like I said, some can't help themselves.
There seems to have been a few changes at UW recently, but some of them obviously haven't been announced publicly yet judging by what's been written here. I'm sure those at UW read these boards (and others) and will discuss any valid criticisms that have been made in an attempt to improve their service. Like in all businesses, not all concerns can be addressed, especially those criticising the pricing structure of the company, as prices are set to support their business, and their ability to make a profit. If prices are set wrong, the company performance certainly doesn't back that up.
UW is a multi service company, not just a gas and electricity supplier. Some here conveniently forget that fact.0 -

But you then said " Only a matter of time before the usual suspects started to have a pop, because they just can't help themselves" and then started to try and stir things up with Bill Savings who was making a helpful post.0 -

Because it's a fact, they can't. We asked about what changes had occured, the 'usual suspects' took their opportunity to wade in with their anti-UW agenda and how they thought the changes were so bad. The retoric started before the usual suspects comment. BillSavings singled himself out, I didn't.0 -

I thought some members had actually been banned from posting on here as it went so quiet! I think they have been 'laying low' for a while as they know they were on the verge of having their posting privilages removed due to repeating the same old argument, some even posting the same information everyday near enough!! Its only a matter of time until it all starts again though!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:
