Try prosecute me when i leave messages on cars advising about your total scam, you won't get very far whatsoever.

Who the bloody hell do you think you are? You bloody idiot, Taking it upon yourself and your PPC company to CONSIDER whether to prosecute people ! Do you have a warrant card? Some special dispensation from a lawful authority giving you a private person to prosecute people? Just how thick are you?

Are you that thick you can't see what you've written there? You probably are as you traipse around car parks all day.

You have just confirmed car park traipser's is a job for total utter losers with delusions of legal grandeur..

Scam? Councils issue PCNs under the RTA and the TMA you plonka.

You call me a loser yet your only hobby is coming here slagging off those who try to help and give an insight to the parking world.

As for being thick, thats clearly yourself as I've mentioned numerous times I no longer work in parking. If you can't get that into your thick head and then start spouting off about how I'm scamming people then thats your problem.

Unlawful interference with people's vehicles? Do you mean an offence of vehicle interference under section 9 of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981? If so it is only an offence if it is the intention of the person to steal a vehicle ( or trailer) or part of it, or theft of anything carried on the vehicle or trailer or an offence under section 12 of the Theft Act 1968 (taking a vehicle without consent).

Someone putting a leaflet on a vehicle in the circumstances you describe would not commit an offence udner section 9 of the Criminal Attempts Act.

Look, I ain't going to get technical about it but companies and councils can take out injunctions and private cases and do what they want or threaten what they want. All I'm telling you is they would start getting snotty with people for it.

Sheesh, you guys on this board really are getting hostile towards those of us trying to provide an insight. Driver8 can be ignored pretty easily as he's just an incoherent rambler that thinks he's gods gift to the world but the rest of you trying to get picky over everything when you've never even worked in parking is just odd.

If you don't like what I have to say, remember I'm only telling you what used to happen. I didn't make these decisions / run the operation / scam I just worked there (and thankfully no longer do so).

I have no interest in your argument or what prompted it in the first place. But I feel compelled to advise you that I have reported you to MSE for rule breaking, i.e. becoming personally abusive to another member. No doubt I will be subject to the same treatment as a result, so I should also advise you that I have added you to my Ignore list so you would be wasting your time.

But you said that it was unlawful interference. It is not! A council can only make threats if they are backed up by the law and in this case they are not. It's one thing them getting snotty but that would be the most they could do.

Why is it a requirement to have worked in parking to be able to "get picky"?

All I have done here is to point out that your claim of councils dealing with those who place leaflets on cars by means of prosecuting them for unlawful interference is incorrect and if councils were behaving in such a way then they were acting unlawfully.

My goodness - while I'm not a fan of name calling I do think some people, including yourself clearly, need to get a thicker skin if you plan to read and post on a public forum.

These Idiots have kidded themselves that they have some kind of authority, fooling other people is one thing, but fooling yourself in the bargain.
The truth is, people ticket cars for PPC's because they can not get a job doing something more useful.

The only time a council is the least bit interested is when you take any scrap paper on the windscreen (including the bit in the plastic sleeve) and throw it on the ground, littering.

. The vehicles were in our care.

Is that why all the signs say that you take no responsibilty for any damage etc to a car or contents whilst parked there?

    NICE ONE

Admit it, they do a worthless job conning old and disabled and stupid people.
Anyone else just ignores them and levies the amount of attention they deserve, lift bin lid, place junk mail in, close lid....
