It sounds like you have a lot of money in there. I would open it, count it and pay it straight into you car saving account where it will earn interest and put you closer to your goal.

I had a tin like that and i made the hole bigger so i could get the money out when needed and it didn't ruin the tin. I would leave the money in there till it's full

and any how unless your strong
you couldnt carry and cash it

wait a while until its full
then open it with glee
spend most of it on P.A.P
and send five quid to me

actually i did change £4.50 into 5ps today but it didnt make a dent in the level :rotfl:

Hi pap - I too don't think you should open it until you are certain what you want to do with the money
I know it's tempting, but if you bank it into notes, then it will just get swallowed up with everyday spending.
A good lesson to 'resist temptation'
