I have the same issue with TCB and AA, I even posted on their Facebook page but still no joy. TCB won't take up a claim because it's over 100 days.

I think it's bad because TCB are aware of the number of complaints but they still allow the AA to advertise and tout for business via their site.

  • Hi there, I have sent on my information, thanks for all the help.

  • Still have outstanding claim for AA cashback via quidco from Aug 2012 not impressed as still reading as tracked. Im not holding my breath for cashback just wont get AA cover again. Its not so much the money £19, I believed the AA were a reputable company with a good name, I feel disappointed and abit worried should I ever need to put in an insurance claim.
  • I've got AA Cashback through Quidco outstanding amounting to £50, that dates back to September. There is no way I'll renew with the AA unless this is paid.

    Hello AA Company Representative
I have a pending cashback of £21.21 for breakdown, from 11 Jan 2013, not confirmed.
Same as above, if this is not honoured, I will not be renewing, as the AA has been the only company to stiff me so far.

Have the AA sorted this for anyone? I have also been ripped off by the AA and Topcashback - £50.50 cash back still not confirmed after two months.

I will not renew with the AA again.

I just find the AA to be very slow. Last time I think it took them 11 months to pay. Have always got the cashback eventually.
  • HI there, I still have not been paid and it has not even tracked. The AA stated that quidco would contact me seperately, which they did to let me know they had opened a case.

    So nothing and no progress.
