Topcashback - ripped off by the AA!

Just signed up with AA a week ago through Greasy Palm and the tracking not showing up even as pending.

Just realised this happened 3 years ago with AA through Quidco. At time I blamed Quidco and then switched to RAC. Now thinking it was AAs fault not Quidco and that I should have stayed with RAC.

Just an update on this long running saga. After great support from the AA team we together managed to convince Greasy Palm that it was a valid transaction and I received my cash back. The customer service from GreasyPalm ranged from non existent to appalling. I have today closed my GP account and I would recommend to others to look elsewhere for their cashback transactions. Well done AA chat team especially Claire.

I have the same issue with TCB and AA, I even posted on their Facebook page but still no joy. TCB won't take up a claim because it's over 100 days.

I think it's bad because TCB are aware of the number of complaints but they still allow the AA to advertise and tout for business via their site.

FWIW. Took out insurance with AA via TCB in August 2012. Cashback arrived Jan 2013 so it does arrive sometimes.

I am in the same boat with quidco, went with the AA and nothing has worked. Ive provided my account number and address about three times now, and still nothing.

Its ten days now and it has not even tracked.

Mine tracked, but that was all. Policy taken in Nov 2012.
