Hope this sounds ok?
It sounds fine, but it doesn't sound much! Today I've had (and this is a normal day for me)
B: thick rasher of smoked bacon, 1 egg, 2 pagen krisprolls (almost an HEB), mushrooms. Followed by a huge apple as soon as I got to work.
Snacks at work: banana, mandarin, crunchie (syns!)
L: home made fish pie, with spring onions and courgettes in it, chilli ratatouille, mushy peas, home-made SW ketchup
Supper: half a jacket potato, smoked salmon, rocket watercress and spinach greens, spring onions, beetroot, cucumber, 1 teaspoon of chilli oil (syns), followed by remains of bunch of grapes and a frozen yoghurt to come.
HEA is skimmed milk in fresh coffees all day.
Get stuffing, gals!:rotfl::jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
