Well tonight I will be signing up for Slimming World (eek!).

I've been trying to at least roughly follow the general plan for the past week.

Today I did have cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast though, lunch is some roast vegetables with a bit of cous-cous and a pasta mug shot. I've got an apple to follow that as well.

For afternoon snack I've got another apple, and a muller light if I want it :-)

    Does that sound vaguely okay?!

Not sure what dinner will be tonight - the meeting is at 7pm so I'll try and get their early, I don't know whether to have dinner before I go or after (tempted to have it before else I'll be starving!)

Good luck with your first session. My class is at 7 as well but i tend to have a massive lunch and pray that it keeps me going. I might have a cracker or something when i get in around 5.30ish for a bit of extra energy. But dont want any excess food in my tum before i get weighed.

Good Luck for tonight. I'm like Ms Dust. I tend to eat when I get back from WI.
I wouldn't think about going early, the new starters at mine end up waiting ages to be talked through the plans while everyone else is being weighed. Not sure if thats the same for everywhere though.
Remember too, that if you have been to plan this week, the drop that most people get their second weigh in might not be so massive for you.
(That said I know people who have gained in their first week)

Must rush, little un is off to the docs, I have a dodgy tum and the only thing that settles it is bread. Syned out already today :(

    Good afternoon

I'm feeling a bit meh today, I'm desperate to lose 4 stone before our holiday in November, by losing 2lbs per week it is achievable. I think I'm feeling a bit disappointed about my first 2 WIs losing 2lbs then 1.5lbs.....last week I was bad and didn't deserve to lse 1.5lbs but the first week I was so good, didn't have one thing I shouldn't have and really expected to lose at least 5lbs. Today I pop on the scales and they are STS, I know I have until Thursday night for WI but I want to see loads off this week and so far nothing :(
  • Welcome to the newbies :D your all in safe hands :D
    My plan so far today:

    BREAKFAST :

    7am BANANA
10.30 2 WEETABIX AND SKIMMED MILK.

    LUNCH:

PKT BATCHELORS SAVOURY RICE MIXED WITH A HUGE SALAD, TOMS, CUCUMBER, LETTUCE AND SHREDDED CABBAGE WITH A SPRAY OF 1 CAL VINAGRETTE DRESSING.

    TEA
    JACKET SPUD WITH BEANS

    SUPPER
2 POACHED EGGS ON 2 SLICES WW BROWN BREAD

SO THATS ME FOR THE DAY, NO FRUIT ( EXCEPT THE BANANA )AND NO SYNS.

OH! NEARLY FORGOT, JUST DONE HALF AN HOUR ON THE WII AND BURNED 171 CALS :D

GOOD LUCK FOR ALL THE WEIGH INS X

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!

I think you're right. I remember reading it is the only type of melon which is synned.

Well, I'm not sure what to think. Last week I was sooo good with next to no syns and lots of body magic and I lost 1lb; this week I have had 2 bottles of wine, a meal out & a party and I have lost 1.5lb and got my 2.5 stone sticker!! Not complaining at all - I think last week's being extra good caught up with me and counteracted the boozing this week.

I'm now feeling really motivated and ready for anotehr good week.... 3 stone sticker, I am coming to get you!

Good luck everyone for WI this week.

as everyone says it it is now a superfree. In my old book it was just a free food but they have changed that this time round!:j:j

I too love it - DD1 and I have polished off a quarter for lunch today!

kandfs mam - some people think that your weight loss can lag a week behind what you ate/did so to speak - just a warning that the week you've just had ;) may come back to haunt you!

Hope you have a great week!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
