Hi I am thinking of doing SW never done it before but after reading the last 2 mags its full of things i would eat (I can be fussy). I cant do class only one near me is 9.30 in a morning and i am working full time, had a look online at books etc but comparing prices etc seems the online way may work out cheaper - 3 months and some mags etc thrown in.

Has anyone else done online is it worth it?

    Thanks

    Hi Cranny,

Could you find a class that's further away but in an evening and go and join just to get the books (much cheaper than buying on ebay) - then use forums like this one as your weekly encouragement?

Welcome anyway, we are all a friendly lot. x

  • I had a gorgeous syn free carbonara for dinner, check out https://www.slimmingeats.com for loads of great recipes, my dinner was from her site.

Thank you for this - what a great site!

Lots of really good recipes and really clearly laid out in terms of As/Bs/syns used etc. so you can clearly see what's what and why. You can search by meal or by food as well which is really handy if you are looking for a recipe to use up something in the fridge.
If you're not scared, you're not paying attention
