Morning folks. Littlest one has a chest infection
and eldest is back to school so everything changes.
Have to say this Easter has been one of the best.
So I have lasagne planned for dinner. Breakfast was a yoghurt, half a grapefruit and a banana, and what ever takes my fancy at lunch time.
Had planned to walk this morning but I don't fancy the drenching, and I don't think the littlest would benefit either! So wiifit it is. Need to hunt down an affordable sleepbag for the littlest too.. £35 is just tooo much!
Well done people that have lost, not lost and stuck at it regardless!0 -

Well done!gettingthere54 wrote: »Today I have downed two litres of fizzy flavoured water, is this ok to drink freely? Can't drink plain water it makes me sick. I can't stop peeing now! I Sam hoping that if I drink loads then the weight will start to shift again, hope somebody can put me right on the subject?
Lemon (slice of lemon in your plain sparkling water?) is likely to help more with this. Lemon & grapefruit are known "help fat burn" foods. (that I know of at least)

Any chance you can tell me how to do that?
I enjoy the parade where you have to pop the bubbles in time to the beat, also I enjoy the hula hoop, my best score is 156, not much but I am working on it :rotfl:
I do them in short bursts, 10 mins either one then maybe a little run inbetween, quickly adds up the cals burned.
When you're in the exercise selection mode at the bottom there is "My Wiifit " setting, clicking on this will take you into a "Gym changing room" senario. On the left of the screen there are three green options. choose the one with a plate. First it will tell you the calorie equivelent of your exercise you have done that day. Then there is another option to click to set it to tell you after each activity how many calories off of a selected food. There are plenty to choose from.
I started with just 10-15 minutes, I'm happily doing about 35 now. I alternate between the Training Plus and Aerobics (as they are the fat burners) and Yoga/muscle work outs between each aerobic. This keeps the overall burn rate up...
does that make sense?
Peas are free, aren't they on EE they are listed online as such.0 -
Good morning ladies! I have done a bad thing! I weighed myself on the wii before I came to work, lo and behold the scales ain't shifted at all, still showing a five pound gain, lord knows why? I had a dead good day again yesterday and posted my eating plan, did half hours worth of exercise on the wii drank two litres of water and those darned scales won't move. I am getting my daughter to remove the wii fit disc and hide it from me and then I won't be tempted to keep jumping on and off. Will be home at ten this morning so I will decide my menu later. Have a good day all and well done to the Monday weighers and good luck for the Tuesday's xx
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

Yes thank you I will try it later, usually when a task is completed and you press a the wii piggy jumps up and tells you how long the task took and how many calories burned and how many hours overall you have done, I have completed twenty seven hours since Christmas and I think it's 113 days since I got it! So I will try what u said thanks. Also do u know how to make sw tomato ketchup ? Have a nice day!

L: home made fish pie, with spring onions and courgettes in it, chilli ratatouille, mushy peas, home-made SW ketchup
Supper: half a jacket potato, smoked salmon, rocket watercress and spinach greens, spring onions, beetroot, cucumber, 1 teaspoon of chilli oil (syns), followed by remains of bunch of grapes and a frozen yoghurt to come.
HEA is skimmed milk in fresh coffees all day.
Get stuffing, gals!
Wow!
If I ate this much I would be putting weight on :rotfl:
It sounds lovely,
Do you mind telling me how you make home-made SW ketchup?
I would love it with my SW chips, thanks
You wouldn't - there's actually not a huge amount there as there is a lot of free food in there. It just sounds like a lot but in fact it's a very good day's plan I think apart from no breakfast.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
shellieholly - peas ARE free, but they are NOT a superfree!
On EE 1/3rd of yor plate should be superfree - peas don't count - they count as the free stuff eg spuds!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
