Eh... see... now, this wasn't remotely mentioned at group.. and heres me filling my plate. Iwouldn't have known if you hadn't mentioned it! How can they by superspeedy but only free. I am really confused now!
It's to do with the extra fibre in pulses I think. Very good for you but not the same as leafy veg and fruit etc.its 105 syns for the full week, between 5-15 per day. I use mine per day rather than saving them up (because most of the time it works for me) but i know alot of ladies here save their syns for the weekend, so whatever works best for you.
my only concern with this new job (i trialled it for a few hours yesterday) is that i am literally on my butt from 8am-5pm in a chair, so im thinking im going to have to hit the gym a bit to maintain the exercise my current job gives me?
Surely you must have a break? It's the law!!!
On the syns total, I had 105 a week on the premiss that if things slowed up it was something I could cut back on (not that I ever did;)).HUgs piglet. You're so close now, things are bound to slow up a bit - I'm having the same problem. Try to focus on what you've lost and look at the long game.
Chin up piglet. It took me two months to lose my last half stone to target. Just stick with the plan and try a few of the usual tweaks (more SF?) and you'll get there.0 -

thanks, going to do a few success express days this week too,
i have 11 weeks to loose 9lbs, (wanted to get to target in a year!) so just got to keep going0 -
Peas parsnips broad beans sweetcorn baked beans all free all the starchy veg all free but not superfree but to be honest i wouldn't stop eating them as they are the filleruppers but do have superfree alongside e.g mushy pea curry always has tomatoes carrots onions passata in, and 6 stones down hasn't done any damage ....

Hello all... :hello:
I've decided to get myself back on track and join the SW way again.. not going to class just yet but if i start to struggle then i'll be going back.
I'd like to lose about 3 stone in total but i'll start with one stone by my weekend away to Brighton in June.
I was trying to lose my Xmas weight in Jan and after 3 months i'm still trying to lose it! "try harder" will be my mantra i think!
Just going to catch up with the thread and fill in my food diary for the day so i don't stray with my syns.
have a good day xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Well I did it, I joined SW yesterday. Didn't realise tho that the session would go on for nearly an hour and a half.
Weighed in at 11st 5.5lbs, my Club 10 Target is 10st 3lbs.
I would like to get myself back down to *just* under 10st ideally.
Fingers crossed it'll all go okay this week!Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world!

Next time I do this I will have...
Sauce:
mushy peas, baked beans - free
tinned tomatoes/passata - superfree
Poured over:
50% potato - free
50% cauliflower - superfree
That will give me more than a third superfree. I'm looking forward to it already and have stocked up on Tesco mushy peas at 8p a tin in readinessIf you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -
