Weird question but I bought a melon on Tueday, cut some of it up either tuesday night or wednesday and the rest is still in the fridge. Is it ok to eat today do you think?

try it :D if it looks dry and funny I wouldn't bother but if it tastes nice it's ok, there's nothing in melon thats going to kill you it about 98% water xx

I am 12 stone 2 too - dont think I will get there this week but determined for next week! Fingers crossed for you x When do you weigh in?

Tuesday! - It has been a difficult week - some flapjack fell in my mouth on thursday and Friday :mad: and yesterday was a difficult day - not much sleep - DD1 had some sort of stomach bug and needed me to sit with her, at which point we realised that DD2 wasn't back from her night out! She rolled in at 5.30am! So my 6am walk was abandoned and stayed up until 7am to get DS up to work.

Then I got back in bed and was asleep until 11am.

OH decided to take the afternoon off- on the grounds he didn't know what day of the week it was!

That's brilliant! I got £4200 off them, although I had to wait ages for my last cheque (luckily that was only £120). Make sure you keep chasing them for it. :)

I hate * week. Or in my case it seems, * weeks.
Two weeks or so ago, I retained over a lb. because I could feel it coming.
Now, two weeks later it has finally arrived. And caused me to retain 4.4 LBS!!! It must be that because no one could really gain that much in a week without stuffing themselves silly full of junk. And I haven't been. I've been so good it hurts. But I don't see anyone else fluctuate that much just because of * week. So I don't know. Any suggestions?

This thread moves so fast! I think I have caught up but there are probably many pages I have missed!

I was planning on heading to the shops today but I keep putting off going and now I have stuck some washing on, well I won't be going anywhere until thats finished.

I also need to meal plan as I am having a food shop delivered tomorrow. I have paid for the Mr T delivery saver so all my food shops over the next six months will attract free delivery.

The idea is that I shall have shopping each week and will ensure that lots of free and superfree foods are included. I thus need to meal plan accordingly so I know what I need to buy and what I shall be eating over the next week! I shall be posting on my meal planning thread if anyone wants to see what I decide on.

No, I hadn't heard of that before. I will look into those. Does it just work as a diuretic?

someone mentioned that T don't have ff cottage cheese, it's the light choices one that is free :) I had the same problem but checked it on SW website, I thought it must clearly state fat free but apparently the lc ones are ok :)

The T's value Cottage cheese is fat free I think. Certainly lower in fat & calories than the healthy choice one x
