someone mentioned that T don't have ff cottage cheese, it's the light choices one that is freeI had the same problem but checked it on SW website, I thought it must clearly state fat free but apparently the lc ones are ok
ahh ta for that - I got ff langley farm which is tasty as far as cc goes! Good to know that the low fat stuff is ok too - think it was about 1.5 % fatPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

well i was 12st 12 at WI and my intention is to be 12st 10 max at this coming weeks WI... it sounds stupid i know, but i would love to leave my job with a rounded amount of weight off at least. like i would love to have two stone off... i cant explain what i mean properly but the closest thing i can compare it to is a new start a new me... if that makes sense?
i can comfortably fit into my small 14 jeans now, with no muffin top! :j
next goal now, is for them to be too big, and for me to be 'forced' to buy a 12:rotfl: how terrible that would beI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -

Be careful with the Muller greek style yoghurts ladies,..the Fat Free ones are 1/2 a syn,but the greek corners can be as high as 5 syns.... as far as i know the fat free ones only come in a 4 pack and are not corners.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0 -
Like you tie, I'm over my target (that's my target, not target range so 2lbs below) for the first time. And you wouldn't believe the pasties, chips, fish in batter, chocolate, wine....I had to force down to get there!:rotfl:I've had a few stomach problems recently (off my food, feeling queasy, gurgly). GP did blood tests because of 'unexplained weightloss' but all came back negative. I'm going to have an ultrasound just in case. I'm wondering whether my system is just rebelling agaings non-SW foods? Did you have problems before SW or are they more recent?
I never had any problems before sw, I think it started with mullers, can't eat them now have activia instead. Also pasta is a no no too. Think my problem is portion size, a small amount of pasta is ok i.e. mugshots but a bowl of pasta i.e. pasta bake triggers tummy pain. Today had normal weetabix [tummy complained a bit], toast & butter  but no pain then liver onions mash, mushy peas = agonyFed up now as * week started too so double agony
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

rachb, be careful,if the ones you bought have sugar in,then chances are you have bought the 5 syns ones...the fat free 1/2 syn ones have aspartame, sweetener in,but no sugar.(as far as i know anyway)
up to 5 syns ones= ,http://www.mullerdairy.co.uk/nutrition-information/greek-style-yogurt
This is the only thing i can find with a picture of the 1/2 syn ones.but it confirms they are sold in single flavour 4 packs.
