Good day so far:)
Using an A for milk
Coffee
Weetabix(B), yoghurt, nana, tea
Grapes, apple
HM lentil soup
2 slices wholemeal toast(B), low low spread(A), bacon (3.5), coffee
Used both A and B and 3.5 syns

another good day today
I've had:
*choc rice pud(1 syn) with banana and strawberries
*milky coffee
*ham and apple
*chicken and veg risotto
*alpen light bar, mullerlight
*grapes
*turkey and veg SW curry(mushy peas one) and SW chips(currently cooking and looks good!)
I am so glad I am coping well with SW now back at work... I thought I'll have problems as there are lots of sweets/choc around but I'm not tempted so far at all...
Might even have a curly wurly tonightI noticed I don't want to have any syns while at work which is great as I have them all for the evenings if I want!
Also got some laxatives today in case I need them

well... WI wasnt all that successful.. i didnt put on anything, but i didnt lose anything either. ahh well, much as im slightly annoyed (with myself and my stupid flipping * week) onwards and upwards they say.
next week i WILL make my 2 stone certificate and lovely glittery badge, and so help me, i will lose more than that if i can. i'm aiming for a 3lb loss to get me back on track and put this week behind me. (1.5lb to get the 2st target badge)I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -

I too was disappointed this week ( half a pound gain :mad: ) but have stayed on track today, so it's all good on the western front.

Keep plodding along folks. I dread gaining, inevitably it will happen. Food is for eating. Moderation is the key. Gettingthere, you're friend who found reasons not to come to group... I would like to think I would be able to go out and "Party" or have a meal out. It's getting back on the wagon after that I can imagine being a struggle. I know you all have done this, though, so arsenalbarnie, I have nothing but admiration that you have done too. Considering how I felt last week after loosing 1/2lb I don't know how you super slimmers keep going when you gain. Especially when you've been good all week.

I've been to WI today and am back in target range at last! I won't upset you by telling you about all the offplan food I've had to eat to get back there;) It's strange that I've found it so difficult to maintain without dropping below my target. I'm hoping I won't find it too hard to get back on plan with enough 'treats' to stop the weight falling away again.0 -
Went in to Tesco today and they have Special K bars at 99p for a box of 5, I'm hoping they're not too high in syns0
