I saw in the latest mag that Kraft light French dressing is syn free. The T one is 1/2 per tbsp. I just got some today, so will try it this weekend and let you know.
BTW Shellieholly - I was told that all dried fruit is syn'd, so I guess raisins are too.0 -
right I might have overdone it with my syns today
was good all day long(syn and HE free) and then I had the choc craving and ate too much of it
BUT I'm still well under 105 syns/weekwon't be using any more today tho as it's my WI tomorrow
To those chocolate lovers out there:
I got some of the galaxy cake bars from Mr T(1.30GBP each, b1g1f, buy 4 packs=20 bars and use the 1GBP voucher from the Price Drop leaflets total comes to 1.60GBP) one has 6 syn from what I figured out from SW website and it really satisfies the sweet tooth
hth
also Heinz baked beans 4 pack 1.50GBP in T but there are 50% free packs too, so 6 tins for 1.50 :T try T Express if none to be found in the bigger ones
4pack soups are also 1.50 but I think they're really high in syns
off to continue my laziness today:rotfl:

BTW, can anyone recommend a sweetener I can use in cooking, that doesn't leave an aftertaste?
Thanks!czerniacha wrote: »morning loosers!
Btw. I was thinking of making some meringue nests today, is it just egg whites with sweetner and put in the oven?Minnie-the-Minx wrote: »Can anyone recommend a fat free salad dressing? I looked in Tesco yesterday but couldn't see anything and I can't eat a naked salad.
Still getting my head round it all and reading everything (and haven't even started on the website yet!) but I think what will make this work for me is baked beans.
I know it sounds silly but I just love them and I hate a dry dinner so often have beans with a meal. Yesterday I made the 'H Tomato Soup' on the other thread which is little more than pureed beans and tinned tomatoes - lovely.
Baked beans is a fab idea to give a bit more liquid on your plate, they are superspeed too! I like to use soy sauce on my salad, it gives it a nice tang and costs nothing Synwise. If you like something more dollopy you can mix it with a bit of ff plain yoghurt though it does go a funny grey colour
What a fabulously lovely sunny day it's been - I'm still on holiday and have had one official walk and 2 unofficial ones (there's a dog running free around the woods and I can hear it howling but when I see it and call/whistle it just ignores meI can't find the dog warden's number, so I've posted on my own and our local Facebook pages)
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

On the subject of FF salad dressings, I'm hooked on the Helmans FF vinaigrette. It comes in a plastic bottle and costs (I think) about £1.20. I've always been a mayo girl but now have this instead.Oh dear, here we go again.0

After some tragic news this week and bad news from the doctor, lack of sleep and some grumpy moods from me, I've gone off the SW rails today. Cue almost two big bars of chocolate, a fatty korma for dinner and some crisps

I hope the korma and chocolate soothed the news, yes it's new day, and some beautiful weather, I hope the sunshine will chase away the gloom that the doctor has left for you to deal with.
Off out today, have a picnic planned for tomorrow, but as my youngest had me up at 3am this morning not sure how long I will stay happy and cheery! I had planned on hitting the next sale, but there is diddly squat online. Don't need the excuse to spend what I haven't got.
Have a lovely OPTIMISED day people.0 -

I haven't found a nice low fat one yet, so I just drizzle balsamic vinegar on my salad and it's lovely and free:)
Not been on thread but have been mostly on plan. I'm back under 10 stone so very pleased:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
