  • Morning folks.
Weekend is almost here. Making use of the £4 cinema tickets tommorrow, so bought some bottles of the Ribena Really Light from Superdrug - otherwise I'll be buying the super expensive and untasty diet drinks there. Nibbles wise taking grapes - and a hifi bar >:)

Does anyone know if rasins are free, most are coated in oil, so I am assuming not?
WElcome LL sorry I missed it earlier battery died before I could edit my post!
I too plan on staying the course with SW, Even if and when i find a target weight to stay at. The nights are fun and so are the ladies that go! I know for a fact that if I stop going - the weight will rise - but that is the type of person I am. Some people have far more stickability than I do! After all, on reaching target it stays free if you maintain 3lb either way.
  • Can anyone recommend a fat free salad dressing? I looked in Tesco yesterday but couldn't see anything and I can't eat a naked salad.

Still getting my head round it all and reading everything (and haven't even started on the website yet!) but I think what will make this work for me is baked beans.

I know it sounds silly but I just love them and I hate a dry dinner so often have beans with a meal. Yesterday I made the 'H Tomato Soup' on the other thread which is little more than pureed beans and tinned tomatoes - lovely.

i use the tesco light choices french dressing. its near the olive oils and spices in mine. its "reduced fat" not "fat free" but it was the lowest cal one i could find in there. its slightly over the "under 40cal per 100ml" rule at 48 but i'm not traipsing around very single supermarket in a 10 mile radius for something as silly as one salad dressing all for the sake of 8 calories.

or there is the spray ceasar one from the frylight range :) I think I might try that one... but I'm quite happy to have my salad with a little soy sauce or just salt&pepper...

I use balsamic vinegar for salad dressing - use it on its own . It's yum
I can't stand naked salad either. As far as I remember it's free on all plans ( green red or extra easy)
    Date restarted DFW 30/04/16
    Money owed :-
    Vet £700
DMP too much ( need to find out how much )
    That's it

I have at last got to target, been slow going but lost 1st 5lbs.

Set my target at 9 st 1lb as that was my target last time. Weighed in this week at 9st 1/2 lb, so have asked consultant if I can change target to this. Well will give me 1/2lb to play with.

So I now understand I can be up to 3lbs over and under and not pay again?

Still have a flabby tum, so I am still on plan on doing exercise to move it. If I lose more than 3lbs, do I have to set a new target and pay until I reach this?

Going to carry on going to group as I put it all back on last time!

:T that's great, congratulations and you're right you won't have to pay provided you stay within that range.

czerniacha, I know lots of people still lose having a blow out/flexi day every week and if that works for you then go for it but I'm sure you'll lose faster by sticking to the 105 syns a week except for special occasions. Personally I saved most of my syns Mon-Thurs so that I could have extra at weekends. That worked for me.

I do understand what you mean about not losing for a special occasion piglet but it can help to have a goal like a wedding or a bikini body or somesuch. I've found that since getting to target I'm so delighted to be slim again (my first 'diet' ever) that there's no way I'm going to go back to being overweight. To think I wasted 10 years, covering up, wearing black, hating photos etc. I was only noticing today that the sun has brought out a lot of bodies that are better covered up.:rotfl:
