Not sure if anyone is interested in this but thought i'd post up incase anyone fancies trying it out. I think its quite nice..
Anyway sauce for a stirfry (fancied tuna pasta bake earlier but got home & changed my mind)
4 Tablespoons of dark soy sauce
4 tablespoons of light soy sauce
Dash of ginger powder
Dash of chinese 5 spice powder
2 tablespoons of blue dragon sweet chilli sauce ( 2 syns per tablespoon)
Dash of diet coke
Mix all together, and then throw in a wok with stirfry ingredients on a medium sort of heat (so the liquid doesnt disappear)..
I have also been having diet crispbakes(1.5 each) with a dollop (35g is 4 syns) of choccie philli - i think its around 7 syns for the whole thing which is quite a lot for syns i guess. They are a bit like having an enormous chocolate wafer biscuit.I think they are worth the 7 syns

Well Done CyclingYorkie  Bloody Brilliant :T
Well, I've done a silly thing... but in the spirit of "you live and learn" I have actually turned this silly thing into a possitive. I'd like to share ...
I'm a binge eater. I have Dissordered Eating. I've been controlling it very well since starting eating the SW way on May 5th last year. Just recently I've really got alot thinner and am now in a size 12 and feeling really quite pleased with how I'm looking. I've got a little bit obsessed with losing more, and where once a slow and gentle weight loss was good enough, I suddenly started having thoughts of how quick and how much more I could lose.
I was a bit of a piggy at Easter and ate more than I have for a while, and more than I felt comfy with. Instead of writing it off as a Flexi Day like I should have, and acknowledging that most people did this, I restricted my eating for the next few days. I got hungry. Then I binged. Then I restricted myself again eating just fruit, then I binged. Silly silly frog.
There was no need to do that because everyone overeats sometimes, and I'm in this for life, not just until I get into a size 10, or the scales say 10 st.
So, this morning, I've had a HUGE free breakfast of grilled mushrooms on leaves with a whole tin of baked beans and a sprinkle of Catherdral City cheese on top :T (HEA) because eating like this helped me lose 7st 1lb so what the hell is the point of starving and depriving myself?!
Later today I'm meeting up with some old pals from where I used to work who I haven't seen since I lost the weight. I'm really looking forward to seeing them and seeing how proud they are of me. They've known me chubby and thinner and know all about my demons so I know I'll be totally at home with them all.
With SW there is no need for all this silly chaotic eating.
I'm freeHmmm. I couldn't get on here at all last night although my computer was happily going to every other site I tried; I assumed the forum was down but clearly not!cheers ladies
so basically claire was talking tripe lol!
ooh i found a thread with a shed load of recipes on it :j though im sure you've all already found it lol

haha! that's OUR recipe thread, I give a link to it in the very first post of this thread. I don't know if the SW-er who set it up still keeps the index up to date though, I would hope so.
I had a half pound gain last night, it could have been worse I suppose. But it did hover over STS then I accidentally breathed in and it shuddered and stuttered its way up to half a pound gain dammit. I'm gonna practice not talking to the weigh in lady, just breathing OUT the whole time.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I weighed in at class last night and had an expected STS - however I can no longer make group so will be weighing in at home on a sat morning. I have lost 2 stone 8.5lbs so far but have much to lose so any help along the way would be great.0

Then on sunday they were hungover and ended up eating junk food. I often feel like saying to them "why are you here if you cant be bothered to put the effort in" . What a waste of £4.95 :undecided

Lots of people at my group are like this too and they ask me how I consistantly lose. I often feel embarassed to have lost again!0 -
just made a ham quiche (was gonna have ham and mushroom but they looked too smooshy) with a couscous base.
its nice for a first attempt, but i think i need to find a way of adding more flavour. there's 3 eggs, a small pot of total 0% yoghurt and ham in it. didnt want to use my healthy A as cheese in case it was rotten and needed to make something else lol:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

i hope you are secretly having a party in your head celebrating your losses each week.
I wouldnt be feeling embarrassed about loosing, i would be more embarrassed for their sakes..Imagine turning up to a weight loss class week in week out and losing half a pound here or there or gaining because they are too stupid to realise that loosing weight requires some effort.
We have a lady in our class who has been there for a few weeks longer than me and she has only lost 5lbs. Now this is a very large lady and given her size i would have thought the pounds would be melting off her. Each week she comes in saying well i had a curry this weekend and polished off a box of chocs or had several glasses of wine and then complains that she has only lost half a pound..
The mind boggles...:undecided

NSV and I'm very proud of myself! I was in bed with a banging headache and feeling sick from it when the BF came home from work wanting a dominos. But I got up and made spag bol! I was soooo tempted to have the pizza but decided I'd rather have chocolate or a malibu and diet coke insteadBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Quite gutted tonight, half a pound GAIN  And after my 5 pound loss last week.
I have honestly not cheated at all, no chocolate or any treats. The only reason I can think of is that I have eaten 3 whole pineapples to myself, along with my other fruit. I did have a half pound gain months ago when I ate lots of apples and satsumas, so I am thinking it must be the same reason. I must find a way of stopping myself from eating lots of fruit in one sitting, but I tell myself at least its not chocolate or sweet stuff.
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!
46 weeks! :beer:0
