The good news is we can all go to WI knowing that everyone has scoffed, drink and generally piggied their way through the weekend
As for non veg eating: Roast red peppers - technically they are a fruit anyway (it has seeds right) They turn out lovely and sweet. Yellow peppers too are good for sweetness. Carrots make for good roasties too. Batons instead of cubes or slicing, do as you would SW chips. (Boil/microwave. Dry. spray, cook.)
My kids will have them as chips.0 -

Not me, I have been dead good, no cheats, no chocolate, no crisps, lots of fresh fruit and pineapples. I am counting the days till WI on wednesday.
gotta be good, I can see the finishing line
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

Fluff - why not try and liquidise a nice SW soup for your mate. Don't tell her what's in it but make sure there's not a trace of a lump. I give my grandchildren my SW soup and they love it. The middle one is such a nice mouth fussy eater that he would never touch a vegetable if it looked like one and he eats the most!!
Hope everyone has had a good Easter break. I have resisted the eggs and chocolate the grandchildren had - I even has a Easter egg hunt at my house for them (I am feeling quite saintly at the moment' I hope it lasts!!!)
My weigh in is Wednesday evening and I'm hoping for a loss but as in my previous posts I'm really struggling to get back within my target.
Still no sign of Dizzy ?

... a friend of mine claire always found she was a week behind when it came to WI, like her effort would show the week after WI, would you be like that?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

I dont have a recipe as such as just chop the veg with some onion into a pan with stock and cook until soft then blend until smooth. It will work with most veg.0 -
well it turned into a ee day - ended up going to ikea and having lunch there - oh and dd had meatballs but I resisted and had gravalax and a salad then veg pad thai changed into beef stir fried with tons of broc, onions and beansprouts and a bit of rice.
Still not had any easter choc but think tomorrow will have one of the treat size crunchies from my easter egg - I have the egg to the kids to share and will have the crunchies over the next few weeks, along with my mini malteaster bunnies (I love love love these and was super pleased to find mini ones - reckon they are about 3 syns a piece based on other choc with similar calories).
Not sure the run will happen but walked blummin miles round ikea than carried 2 huge shelving units up the stairs - that gotta count right?People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
