I've got my 2nd WI tomorrow morning so have resisted hot cross buns all weekend. Fortunately I am not that mad about chocolate so that hasn't been difficult.
I find I have naturally reverted from EE to original days (having done that in the past) as I do enjoy having 2 HEAs and HEB's and rarely bother with pasta anyway.

The biggest sacrifice of the week has been removing the skin on my roast chicken, but I really really want/need to lose a stone and there is no doubt, I need the group WI, I can't do it alone.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Good evening

Went out for a meal today as planned my only real problem will be the hot chocolate fudge cake, 2 small profiteroles with chocolate sauce and fresh cream...:o But I've not had any easter eggs, they don't phase me one bit thankfully!

Dreading WI on Thursday night, but a fast paced 5 mile walk should help out I think.

Going on super super super free tomorrow an Wednesday to, I really want to lose at least 2lbs again but I doubt I will lose any! :(

im hoping to lose 1.5lbs this week which means i will hit my 2 stone. but thats being hopeful considering the last few weeks have been a struggle, and as of earlier i was the same weight i was last week lol... im reckoning a few UUBER superfree days might help. if it works ill have my egg on thurs :)

cant have any more syns today though - had a curlywurly earlier (6 syns), and the nuker is broken, so it means its twice as long to make a potato, so favoured a small tin of spag bol for lunch(1.5 syns) with my HEB.

HEA was a piece of pickle cheese from mr T - oohhhh its soooooo good! :o

dinner was leftover chicken and ham in a small pastie thing - about 3" square and some potatoes. (reckoning on 5 syns?)

    12.5 syns so far
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

The new Walkers Stars are only 4 syns for the bag. Yummy too.

Not sure if base is crispy but will give it a go
