Freeze them in a sandwich bag and take from the freezer the night before. If you spray the frying pan with fry light and fry it on both sides, it goes all crispy yummy, and is also good cool taken to work. I used t omake up two packs of bacon at a whole time. Yum, might have to do those again.

Hi everyone, I have had a very good weekend so feel my halo is glowing somewhat! My BF and i went to the pub on Friday so i used my syn allocation on wine but before we went he whisked the eggs and chopped peppers, onions, ham and made a salad so that we could make an omlette when we got in. Brilliant and it meant we didn't go to the fish and chip shop on the way home!
Saturday we had a picnic with friends so i took a big salad, chopped chicken breasts, syn free sausages, SW quiche, boiled eggs, melon, grapes, 1/2 syn cake and shape yogurts. I resisted everyone elses crisps, chocolate, cakes etc and i even made BF walk from a tube station further away so we did 20 minutes body magic before we met our friends! I was worried about sat evening food wise as i hadn't planned it and thats where i normally fall down but i got in and we made grilled chicken breasts with AH couscous and a salad.
Today i took the dog for a 5 mile walk and had leftovers from last nights dinner for lunch and just fruit and yogurt tonight as i feel really full!!!
I do feel like i have been angelic this weekend and i hope the scales show it on Wednesday or i will cry :-)Trying to save money and always open to ideas and expecting our first child in March 2015.0 -
Hi all, I've been completely on plan since WI on weds, however now I'm struggling to find a meeting I can attend this week to WI. Really do want to go while I've got the motivation, plus I want to see how well it's working... silly shift work!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Morning all,
Quick read and post as going to be a busy day in work I think
WI tonight - hoping for a loss but think it will be a STS, not sure why as feel a bit thinner but just think it'll be a non-mover tonight (or maybe 0.5 either way). Anyway, need to get back into the habit of some good losses so the meals and exercise for the week are planned, no excuses! Reading Shellie's and Kandf's posts about Christmas has made me think I'd like to to get to the 5 stone mark too - that's another 25lb or just over 1.5lb a week, so definitely doable!
Anyway, today's plan - EE:
B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana
L: L/O slow cooked gammon and root veg, gravy (2)
T: Chicken and chips, Curly Wurly (6)
S: Nectarine, yogurt, strawberries
Good luck to all the other weighers today and have a good day everyone!2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Good morning all. I seemed to go awol over the weekend due to trying to squeeze in some quality time with my sister before she goes home so meal planning went out the window but tried to stick close to plan.
Saturday started off well with weetabix, milk and seperate bowl of 1/4 melon. Lunch jacket pot with cheese beans and salad. Syned a 4 ryvita which had a very small scrapping of kerry low low, chicken and toms/cucumbers.
Sunday started with weetabix and raspberries with milk, lunch was a moroccan cous cous salad, banana and mullerlight then went on a mad run to find a pub that was firstly still open at 8pm and selling food, allowing kids in and allowed dusty patrons through the door as we had spent the day at Donington park. Menu was too rich for that time of night so settled on a jacket pot with chicken and bacon with side salad but was smothered in mayo so had no desserts or extra syns for the day to make sure i were within range.
Today is yet again going to be a hectic one as sister is spending the day with me before going home tomorrow. So planning on shifting backside in a min to have a graze through the fruit bowl with yogurt and see where the rest of the day sends me. Will defo be back on track with planning tomorrow.
Good luck with the WI's today everyone and lets hope the scales are kind to you.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
