Dear Lord, hubby is driving me insane. Every night he's weighed himself and nagged until I have weighed on the wii too. - It reckons I've gained this week unless I lose 2lb in 24 hours for weigh in.:rotfl:
:eek:I have never had a gain before:eek: gutted:( and it's not weigh in till tomorrow night.
I think the advice to join in / post regularly is very good. I'm hoping to follow it and kick start my success.
If it helps, when I used to use the wii board I always found it very unreliable as far as weight went. It can fluctuate wildly for no apparent reason. I've had +/- 7lbs from one day to the next on it, which is a bit silly! :rotfl:[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

That's easy, just blame hubby: he made you stand on it so you thought you had plenty of leeway and could eat a bit more.:rotfl:

I wish I had taken measurements when I started at SW. I know for sure that I have lost 8" from my waist which I am thrilled about.
When I started my belt was on the very last hole on my best jeans. It is now on No 9 hole.:j
I can get into trousers now without opening the zips and my bras are all loose.

Hi everyone, great to hear of your great losses, it keeps me and others new to this thread motivated. I have my first weigh in tomorrow night but i started my period today!!! What with constipation and starting my period it couldn't be any worse. Anyway i know i have followed he plan and walked y poor dogs legs off so if it doesn't show this week it will next week.
We've having SW chips tonight with salad and cod with a breadcrumbs crust (4.5 syns.) Then will probably have strawberries afterwards. I've got s bottle of wine in the fridge and have promised myself a glass tomorrow when and not if i lose weight. x

Thanks Mediterranean Mum I am trying to plan my food for the week (not religiously just knowig we'll have a chilli one night, chicken pasta another) then i decide the night before so i know what to get out of the freezer. The only meal my bf can make is chilli or ommlette and he knows he can't use any oil so if he cooks its always ommlette with loads of SF and a salad.
Any more tips? I promise to use them all. xTrying to save money and always open to ideas and expecting our first child in March 2015.0 -

Keep a stash of essentials in your cupboard - for me it's passatta, garlic, couscous, mug shots, pudding rice...
the main thing that has made a difference for me personally is cutting out bread and chocolate completely cos i'm an all or nothing cookie monster type that will trough uncontrollably after the smallest nibble.... hope that you're not like that though. xxMortgage Aug 22 £280,000
