Oh, and forgot to add, on Saturday we went to harvester and I had chips and a massive sundae. Why am I doing this to myself? I have lost 1st 11lbs so far, why am I jeapordising it, I really am my own worst enemy. Does anyone else do that?0

Totally!
I always say that I wish I could bottle the feeling I have when I've done exactly this so that I could open it and take a whiff before I do it the next time!Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -

Neither can I sometimes K&F :rotfl:
Now I'm trying to plan a 4-day holiday at the beginning of November. Haven't had a holiday since the last 4-day one last November (I don't count a long weekend in Glasgow as a holiday when more than half of it was spent flying or sitting in Luton airport!!!!).Mediterranean Mum

Today is WI day and apart from Sunday I have had a reasonably good week.
But Sunday..... I had to bake as OH's cricket team provide the refreshments for our village show which was yesterday. This is a major source of fundraising.
So, as requested, I produced tons of flapjack and loads of homemade ginger biscuits....
The problem is not scoffing them when they're cooked - oh no I'm a pinching bits(lots) out of the bowl kinda girl.....
So goodness only knows how much I ate... but as the biscuits have wheat in I suffered muchly later on with stomach pains - one day I will learn not to do stuff that I know makes me suffer!
So I walked 6 miles instead of 4 yesterday, and have got 3 under my belt already today...
Fingers crossed that 1 bad day won't scupper the rest of the week...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Starting meal planning for this week of SE again
, the monthly beast has reared her ugly self once more for a week so i feel as bloated as a helium balloon! hopefully it wont affect thursdays WI (seem to have stalled around 12.11 currently)
ETA: probably a bad analogy but i know you get the idea lol
Is the new magazine out yet? or is it still the lady in the blue dress? have to go to good ole as dah to pick up more fruit and veg today (that stuff runs out rather quickly lol)
had 2 bananas so far this morning... lunch is in an hours time but i didnt know what to make this morning so i will grab a salad with chicken or something in it from the deli at lunchtime, (the tuna has looooooads of mayo in it so thats out the window)
havent a baldy notion what i want for my tea, as its a funny kind of weather outside
"Fluff, i didn't realise you were so close to me:D:eek:"
haha i spent most of my time in the city centre and castlreagh, i live probably about 15 minutes away from it (out in the styx) but its close enough that i can take a bus easily or walk if so desired
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -

Hi all, I really identify with the people who are strugging, I'm finding it very hard too!
I've had a really bad few weeks. When I first joined SW about 3 months ago, I lost 6lbs, then I gained 3, then lost 1.5, STS, and so on...
It's been down to a combination of illness, holidays and family illnesses, but still no excuse really.Overall I've lost a few lbs, but nothing to shout about.
I rejoined two weeks ago and STS last week so I'm counting this week as week one again. It's gone quite well so far so I'm hoping for a loss at WI on Thursday.
I only realised recently, from reading this thread, that you are meant to fill 1/3 to 1/2 of your plate with Superfree foods when you're on Extra Easy (don't know how I could have missed that!). Since I've been following this rule I'm finding it much easier to keep to plan as I'm so full all the time. I really hope it shows on the scales.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

jayII - keep at it, ive struggled for weeks on end with yo-yoing on the scales and it really annoyed me at one point, but the people on here have all been so helpful in motivating me and helping me (something that my class lacks i think)
ohhh cheers beanielou - anything gorgeous in it? mr az dah only had the old copy, though im now suitably stocked with fruit (their irish strawberries are deep red and GORRRRRRRGEOUS at the minute- fighting the urge to eat the whole punnet in one go)I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

Not meal planned today as such as have family up for the week so looks like im winging it abit and trying to stick to plan best as possible. Hoping for a green day today.
