Well a good start to the day here - I've been for a 4 mile stomp and did it in 59 mins, I even managed 12 x 1min jogging intervals in that. 732 calories burnt :j;
That means I've walked over 12 miles this week as an extra over and above normal activity - I will be gutted if I dont lose on the scales tomorrow.
Food today:
B - banana, peach, pear
L - boiled new tatties, 2 boiled eggs, stirfried savoy cabbage, red onions, leeks & yellow peppers. Syn free dressing - garlic, FF greek yog, splash FF viniagrette, 1/2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard.
not sure what tea will be yet but i have ex-lean mince, chicken & steak in the fridge so will come up with something. Snack tonight will be 3 sesame ryvita with light laughing cow triangles (HEA & HEB).
Have a lovely weekend everyone. xMortgage Aug 22 £280,000

I've had an awful week. All sorts of problems thrown at me.
I've tried to keep on track but don't hold out much hope for WI tomorrow.
Hugs from me too. I hope things improve for you very soon.
I am on a bit of a roll. Sticking to the plan has been really easy so far but DH has been out and bought me a packet of Maltesers. Don't know why. Well, I know he wants to give me a treat but I have had to hide them from sight.
Todays plan
B: Wholemeal toast (HEB) and plum tomatoes with a 1/2 banana after.
L: scrambled eggs, more plum tomatoes and an apple and satusumaSW Beef Dhansak (from the website) with rice and a sugar free fruit jelly after.
S: 1/2 banana as I have to eat with my tablets at bedtime.
HEA will be milk in tea.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
Well, since reaching target in March I have now put 1st back on, I went on holiday and put 6lb on then but now the party(s) are over and I have to get organised again. I thought it would be easy with the kids being off but I have found it harder to the point of not being bothered. Too many days out really. However, I bought myself some lovely new levis from the States and they look anything less than lovely on me now!! So it's back on the wagon to get them on. I think I might just hang them up in my kitchen as a reminder of why I am doing this.
I am just sitting here doing a planner of meals I CAN eat and am planing them into my days.
I am having a last few days of eating all the carp in the freezer so I cannot be tempted and then when the kids go back to school andn their clubs on 2 weeks time I want to know what I am cooking each day else come 4.45 I realise I have not planned what I am eating that day as I am too busy. That needs to stop!!
So meals.....
I've not made them before but am looking forward to making some fishcakes - fish, mash and egg. I assume they will be fat free and will fry them in frylite (wish me luck, LOL). I also saw I could make potato cakes (4 syns for 25g flour in those) so thought I might give those a go. Might even chuck some cheese into the potato cake and syn that, I am not sure how much flour I can get away with though.
My husband is doing it too but he hates mashed potatoes so that is a PITA as I like them - no, love them, and everything I do has to be for both of us.
The rice and muller rice sounds like a great idea, I thought I might use some highlights as well to have chocolate rice.
How many syns is the Weightwatchers cream? Was wondering if I could make a creamy rice instead.
One last question.....
Can someone tell me how to make the Coconut cream pie please.
Look forward to catching up again in a few weeks time. We are going on a cruise next year and I want to lose 7lb more than I 'should' as I know I'll put it back on again. Has anyone else tried this? I am quite busty but small, if I lose too much I'll look ridiculous so I am not aiming to be the bottom of my BMI level.
I have a new sports bra and I have started running again 2-3 times a week, once the kids go back to school it'll be 5 times a week with the dog. I;ve been feeling a bit crappy the last few days, achy, so I've not been out. The bra feels really good one and holds it all in the right places. It was expensive but so worth the money but I used to end up in pain, I know this is MSE but some things are not worth scrimping on.

:wave:mrs sparrow and welcome back on the wagon. I'm at target and what I do is try to stay as close to the bottom end of the range as possible then I know I can have treats if I need/want without going out of range. It should be possible to go even further below (but you'd need to pay if you go to classes) before your holiday. In my experience though weight put on quickly on holiday disappears fairly quickly if you get back on plan as soon as you get back.
You could add some spring onion/onion to your fishcakes to help keep up the SFs and add some extra taste.0 -
Does anyone on here follow a gluten free and diary free diet and do SW?
I have done SW in the past and done well but am now following the above for health reasons, am on Meds which make me want to eat all the time plus depressed too so all I want to do is eat! Have mobility problems so find it hard to exercise but know I must not put any, more weight on, or my health will get worse.0
