Had a quiet day here last day of school so calm before the storm!!

l-actifry chips and mushy pea curry
d-leek and potato h/m soup, and mushy pea curry left overs as im working 4-12

snax- orange,melon,grapes.

you get all that for slimmer of the week?!?! we get a bowl of fruit! and thats if people remember to bring fruit with them lol
Our group is the same as yours Fluff - we get a bag of fruit if people remember to bring stuff, one lady has hens so she always puts half a dozen eggs in the bag which is lovely but usually you can tell which fruit has been on special offer in Tesco - this week there were about 10 kiwi fruits in the bag along with a couple of apples and an orange.Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

I think at our group there is nothing for being SOTW or SOTM
the consultant only mentioned the lady who was...
but she does a sort of raffle tickets, you can buy 5 for 50p and at end of every image therapy she gets a few out and gives the 'prizes' (which are brought there by members anyway)

Yep,sometimes it's more than that, just depends on how many people turn up to class. If it's a rubbish week the consultant will throw in a cook book as well, defo worth the win.
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

i got Slimmer of the week this week,my bag had fat free supernoodles,diet coke,fruit,mugshots,savoury rice,tin tomatoes,pasta n sauce,tin of tuna + other stuff,were
asked to bring in low or syn free food.Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0 -
Good afternoon everyone
Had a busy day, washed the bedding which I found out is bad luck on Maunday Thursday :cool: also cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and did a bit of gardening....hoping it helps towards my WI tonight.Still quite nervous about it, only had 2 mullerlights today, some strawberries and rasperries, and a small piece of SW quiche.
Welcome joyfuljoy, I'm new to this part of MSE too but it has helped me so much the past week, really good group of people always there to offer advice!0 -

Needless to say I am continuing with my new quest, just had home made veggie soup with fresh toms, had a banana and muller light for breakkie, and 2 ww toast with low low cheese on, DD has made a lovely hot chilli for tea so I will have that with a jacket spud and salad. Then for muchies its 1 bag square crisps, 1 bag ff and a curly wurly.
And plenty of fruit in between.
So we will go forth together and hopefully get our targets the same week, that really would be lovely. Spur each other on
Oh! and I won slimmer of the week again, so had a lovely big bag of goodies to take home too.
Beans, tomatoes, new spuds, kiwi fruit, tangerines, 2 bags pasta, 2 bags of savoury rice, l cal vinagrette spray, and a few other bits, it was great.:D

Any advice on what I should buy from my meeting tonight, I've seen some of you mention hi light bars? What are they? Anything else I should look out for?0 -

How bout we both eat the same things this week and see what we can lose?
If your interested, then write me a list of what you will be having, what portion size etc and I will stick to it.
Then the day after I can suggest a menu , what do you think?
