Morning everyone
After yesterday's blip where I eventually had 33 syns I figured that if I do without syns for a day or 3 I should soon be back on track.
I made a humungous pan of dyno rod soup yesterday and started today with an apple and two ryvita. We don't have WI for two weeks so it gives me time to get back on track.
My plan for next week is to go back to success express as that is how I lost my first 2stones.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

I looked at SW website but it doesn't seem to be the one I had in mind... did I dream it or did it involve egg and breadcrumbs?
The recipe I used is in post #271 earlier in the thread. xMortgage Aug 22 £280,000
Current mortgage £28,0000 -

I was a steady 10st until 6 years ago when I went onto steroids and then broke my ankle. I went up to 14st in a matter of weeks and although I got down to 12st on SW online I have not gone below for over a year until today
I have no willpower and today have eaten 4 small pieces of chocolate brownie undoing all the good I did earlier in the day:mad: I am not exercising because I have sprained ribs after a fall last week.
ETA I have just looked up the syns for the brownie and they come to 28 syns!!
i had the most  sleep problems, i was tested for sleep apnoea, thought it come back inconclusive, i was making the most horrific noises when sleepingthe worst snoring you ever heard,
tho as soon as i got my one stone award, it stopped, now there does not be a peep out of me at night:D
i think, i am not 100%, but i think your BMI has to be around 40 in some areas for your GP to give you Xenical for the first time,
mine was 40.8:o:mad::eek: at my first weigh in, and its now 28.2:D at target it will be 26.8, but i am not sure if a GP will give it to you to maintain a weight loss.0 -

It's do able, cos off to Florida is 6 weeks time and I would like to reach target before I go.
Well done to everyone on their losses and STS and for the strugglers, keep on in there, believe in yourself and you will get there

Good evening
So.......still really worried about tomorrow 1st WI and even more so since talking to someone earlier about SW. She told me I should be really limiting my potato intake, she said she basically eats no potatoes in her dietFor the last week I've eaten more potato than I have all year. Not a massive amount but more than I usually would, I'm a rice or pasta person usually. Not had pasta since I started SW last week but had rice a few times.
Please someone.reassure me, tell me it's ok to eat potato......as far as I can see it's a free food and you should be able to eat as much as you like?
i got my 5.5 stone award happily muching my way thru potatoes by the sackload!!
just remember the 1/3 superfree rule, and fill your boots0 -
Well done all you losers! Some fab losses again.
I had my first proper wobble yesterday - 4 choc digestives and some crisps:o.
I think it was due to being nervous about joining a new social club in the evening on my own but I need to put it behind me and carry on - it could have been a lot worse. There were only 4 biscuits in the house and as they are now gone no further temptation is here!
So today.....
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - apple, quorn ham, grapes, satsuma, 2 ryvita (HEB), cheese (HEA)
Tea - mexican potato bake (free with HEA as cheese)
Going out tonight to a pub quiz but am driving so will stick to diet coke.
I'm determined to stay on the straight and narrow today - have already taken the dog to the park and will do some gardening later and do more brisk dogwalking to try to burn off the biscuits.:p0 -
I have a prescription for Xenical in my purse I started the course and did a month, but then the chemists ran dry until end of April, not sure now I'm back at SW if I will start up on it again as I like to
trump without fear
thanks for the syns values Piglet :j I'm trying to stay away from crisps for the moment even if I have the syns, cause once I start I can't stop, I'm like an addict!!
i was on Xenical before, maybe 5 years ago, with very limited success because i will still eating my then regular diet, and afraid to take a tablet at times i knew i was really going to overdoo it, i have a had a lot more success taking it while doing SW.0 -
