KFC chicken in the oven(used skinless chicken drums, spices, eggs and wheetabix) and as I felt 'on the go' I thought I will experiment with some SW ice cream :D it's in the freezer now and I hope it will be lovely tomorrow... planning to make some SW meringue nests to go with it(plus some berries) for a lovely and almost syn free dessert :D

How was the chicken with weetabix? I made it last Sunday with wholemeal breadcrumbs and my family loved it.

I made this moussaka tonight. It was LUSH. I encourage you all to try it. Made the topping with less stuff as I only had a few bits and pieces but it was amazing. A really different meal from our usual SW stuff and it's gone straight on our favourites list.

Looks lovely, as do a LOT of dishes on that site. I like the look of the butternut squash quiche and the hoisin chicken. nom nom

That's AMAZING Frogga! Well done, it must be so motivating to continue.

Weighed in this morning at 9st 12:-) Think I've lost about 1lb, I've not really been noting my weight each week, just making sure it's going in the right direction. Was 10st 6 originally, my piddly 8lb loss is dwarfed by some of your fabulous losses ladies!

Need to go eat breakfast, I bought sainsburys basics weetabix and they are rubbish!!! Will go smother them in yoghurt....

    Have a good day losers:-)

morning all - Frogga all I can say is WOW!!! That is fantastic, you must feel tremendous.

I was having a clear out last night and found last year's WW card. Last Jan I started at 17st11 and got down to 15st 11 by the June but I felt knackered, deprived and obsessed with weighing stuff. I stopped going in the June as I couldn't face it any more.

This jan I started at 17st 13lb :o and am now 15st 8.5 but have bags of enthusiasm to keep going. I feel like I am just getting started and actually look forward to what the next few weeks and months have to bring. I go on holiday in 13 weeks so would love to get another stone (or more!) off by then.

Have a good Easter weekend folks. x

Well, I was a naughty girl last night, I will not bore you with the details but lets just say I felt like a big fat greedy piggy afterwards! :o

I could just have said that! :o All the talk about easter eggs and me looking at my giant one made me want some chocolate, so I had some and then some more :( not a major 'binge' but about 11 syns over and I felt horrible afterwards :(

never mind, I had some spare syns from the day before and will be very good today as it's WI tomorrow  scales moved up a little this morning(but still at good loss) and I really need something superspeedy today :o:p (sorry if TMI :p)

I was going to toast a wm bread roll and then make breadcrumbs but I lost patience with it(burned the bread, it didn't want to turn into crumbs etc. :rotfl:) and just got some wheetabix which were easy to turn into 'crubs' :p

Chicken was really nice, my bf ate 7 pieces  and couldn't stop saying how nice they were :D I ate 3 and will definitely make them again(this time maybe marinating the chicken first)
Only 'minus' is I had to 'save' my HEXB for the wheetabix as wanted it to be Free :o

My 'ice cream' is now totally frozen and I might have to take it out a bit before using :o but I'm sure it tastes nice and I will give the meringue nests a try later :D

Had some fruit and milky coffee so far, will make an omlette in a bit and then out to do some shopping... hope to get to a nice park for a walk later but don't know how bf will feel about it(he's a lazy *** and doesn't do parks :()

Wish you all a lovely day and Happy Easter :)

I'm thinking maybe pasta & tuna salad, should be quick and easy...

dinner will be salmon fillet with creamed spinach&mushrooms and broccoli :)

    Good Morning People,

It's a beautiful morning here on the pond

I was feeling "wobbly" yesterday whilst watching the Tadpoles and Mr Frog break into some Easter Eggs, and I nearly gave up. So I thought it might be a good idea to hop on the scales this morning to see if I'd lost anymore....

    and I've gone from 20st 1lb on May 5th 2011 to...
    13 st exactly :D

    Which means I've lost 7st 1lb :D

and am quite pleased with that ;) and my BMI has gone from 46.8 down to 29.4. Yipee

Can't wait to be 12st something! It's given me the encouragement I need not to be a greedy fat frog this weekend and stay with the plan.

"The book" says I should be 9st ideally as I'm 5ft 5" (it says anywhere between 8st and 10st) but in reality that's another 4 stone and I think I'd be way too skinny. I'm a size 12 jeans now and some of my tops are a 10 (well, alright, one of them, but one of them is a 10!!).

Anyway hope everyone has a good Easter, I'm really enjoying reading all the posts on here as they keep me going even if I don't post back every week.

    xxx

Very, very well done frogga, your simply AMAZING! :A

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!

wow, well done Frogga and all the other losers! :)

WI and I've lost another 1.5lbs! absolutely :j considering this last week was a grab what food i can find when i found it and eating our way through the kitchen rather than bin perfectly good food with us moving house.

think the running around and lifting body magic has helped too though!

Well done losers some brilliant losses this week.

BIG well done Frogga that's an amazing amount ALL GONE :D

WI for me and .4lb loss, happy with that. I have been eating fresh beetroot this week and it has the same effect as the dynorod soup :D but without the windy side effects :rotfl: don't know if pickled beetroot would have the same effect as I can't stand the vinegar taste, much prefer the fresh stuff and cook it myself.

Am off to read Secrets on my kindle, great book was reading til 1.30am last night as couldn't put it down. Happy Easter everyone :)
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello all and especially well done Frogga!

I felt that I was wavering yesterday but looking back on it now it actually wasn't too bad - 2 small chocs and half a bag of crisps shared in the pub (diet cokes for drinks) - probably just less than 15 syns so not as bad as it felt.

    Today's food.....
Breakfast - none, got up late and took the dog to the park instead
Lunch - pasta and sauce (1 syn)
Tea - Aldi microwave rice (2 syns) and chana masala (not sure of syns but mostly veg)
Snacks - grapes and satsuma, frozen mint Muller

I'm very tired today and trying to fight the urge to just scoff rubbish as comfort food.:o
